Location was perfect. Size was good. Adequate kitchen for what we needed.
No hair dryer in the bathroom. (That’s about it and that is minor).

Great location, pick up / drop off from the airport. The place was well stocked, very comfortable.

The location was nice
Don’t recommend. I paid $250/night for a room that wasn’t properly cleaned even. I found a hair in my bed the second night I was sleeping (and it’s not mine, I’m blonde with long hair), the fitted sheets were too small for the bed and kept snapping off all night, and there was trash on the floor. May not sound like a big deal but not if you’re staying at a place that charges this much. The place smelled like BO when I got in. Units have no AC and only one flimsy button lock on the front door, that doesn’t feel very safe. The closet door was broken as well. And to top it all off, the check out time is at 10 am and I had maid service banging on my door at 9 while I was still in bed resting after a long day of work. Take your money elsewhere, not a good place

Convenience to many activities and the bus system was so helpful!
Liked it all

The location is excellent, short walk to the slopes. The Aspenwood Condos are spacious and we really love the gas fireplace. The rooms are well equipped with just about everything you need. The Snowmass Village is just a short walk down the hill. I highly recommend Gene Taylor for ski rentals! The skiing is amazing with well groomed slopes from beginner to expert. The complex has two hot tubs (I really needed this after a long day of skiing), a sauna, and work out facility.
I know staying between Christmas and New Years is expensive, but you have just about priced yourself out of what I am willing to pay. I was greeted tepidly, to say the least, by the Hyatt front desk staff. I was promised a deluxe two bedroom two bath condo in Aspenwood which we were given. It was a great location and we have stayed at the Aspenwood many times in the past. For the cost of the Condo, I expected more. The ice maker was broken in the 1980s refrigerator. The recliner chair was broken. Both hot tubs were not working properly at different times during our stay. The cost to park was jacked up above what Booking.com quoted. I asked for a top floor condo, which was not used all week probably because of the costly nature of the rental, but was refused. We love this place, but you can do better.

Very loud furnace

False advertising and total misrepresentation of the actual room I would be getting. I don't think it's right for you to sell a room using pictures of a room with completely different and modern accommodations and finishes.

Quiet, roomy, well equipped kitchen. large TV, good WIFI.
Stairs. Lots of stairs with the parking lot across the road. I stayed on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

great facilities, very close to skiing.

Beautiful, freshly designed space, very convenient ski-in / out location, super friendly staff, pick up with the hotel shuttle from the airport, everything you need in the kitchen type of place. Minor details like smart TV, kitchen stuff, hot tub & swimming pool were really amazing.
The only thing that bothered me was the noise from other apartments - there is no isolation between units, so you can hear all the neighbors (even if they are not loud). So if it's an issue for you, it's not the best place to stay.

convenient, big enough for family of 4, great hot tubs!
the walls are super thin, could hear all the neighbors, above, below and next door. the super thin, un-insulated floors allowed us to hear every footstep and conversation above us. woke us up every morning.😠. master bed was just a box spring, and pullout mattress was only 4 inches and as “hard as a rock” as my daughter said. location was good.

location was close to the mountains
too many steps stairs. no elevators.,. house keeping didn’t show up to clean the room. no coffee sugar or cream. we had to carry our luggage down several flights of stairs . wasn’t worth the money we spent on the room.

The studio was nice and it was fairly large. It had new carpet and fairly new furniture. We like the separate toilet and shower from the sink and large vanity.
We did not take advantage of the hot tub, but it was very close to our studio.
We could hear our neighbors above us.

My suite and proximity to the Mall.
I tried to drop 1 of my 3 night stays about 10 days prior but just past the Sept. 6th deadline. My daughter works for the Aspen Music festival and didn’t know her work schedule in early July. She found out in Sept. that she could take off 2 days for us to go to Utah. I was willing to pay a $50.00 charge for canceling the 1 night, but to pay an entire night is ridiculous and not fair. People’s lives change for “very good, valid reasons”. But then again, it’s a business, it’s Aspen and it’s ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!! Also, I was not happy about the $80.00 damage charge that should be refunded. I never had to pay that anywhere and I have traveled extensively!! Now I have to remember to check my credit card for that. I probably will not stay here again. I will tell people about these issues and how massive it is, making it difficult to get around.

Full kitchen and big living area!
There was construction happening at the condo building across fall road. We were woken up on Saturday at 7 am to loud construction and then kept up each night (Friday and Saturday) by the construction workers staying at those condos. They were throwing parties until 4 am and invited other people over. We filed a noise complaint and it was better but there were still people wandering outside of our window until 4 am.

Excellent location. Excellent transportation to-from Aspen
A little bit far from Aspen.
4.5
Location, kitchen, pool and hot tubs,
There was no hand soap or bar soap to be found. That was not good. Bed was on the hard side. A mattress topper would help.
3.5
The location. The outside area is beautiful. Easy access to the village. Beauty all around. The cleaning lady so very nice.
The tv did not work. We had to unplug it every time we wanted to watch it. The room has not been updated in years. Looks beat up. Shag carpet, the kitchen cabinets doors are bubbled on the edges And peeling, when you open the drawers the drawer falls out. Lights in the living would not come on or bulbs burnt out. The stove outdated and push button not even sure how to use it. I am 5 3 and the shower head was very low. I know the staff cleaned the room the outdated ness makes it feel not so clean.
3.5
Roomy, clean and good quality furniture.
Toilet seat broken, construction next door that started at 7 AM, only 4 place settings of kitchen ware, no air conditioning and no elevator.

Our rental was lovely, spacious, clean, well equipped. Aspenwood is lovely. Staff was nice. Hot tub & pool pretty. Gas grill was convenient. No complaints.

There were not any instructions on where to go or how to check in. Spent 45 minutes upon arrival getting it figured out which was incredibly frustrating after a long day of travel.
5.0
Nice roomy efficiency with fireplace, heated pool and 2 large hot tubs close to the Mall and shuttles.
Shower head very low. I had to bend down to get my head wet and I'm 5'8". Cabinet doors and faucets dated but worked fine. These are minor complaints.

Location of the hotel is awesome!
Weather was very warm and just single portable fan for a family was not sufficient. Spent sleepless nights

It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great.
The unit although comfortable was very outdated. A little remodeling would help a lot.
