The location was ideal! Great space for our needs. Having an assigned covered parking space was significantly helpful!
No air conditioning, we didn’t have very cool nights to help lower the room temp. Would have appreciated pepper in addition to salt in the kitchen.

Nice view from the balcony
The toilet didn’t work properly! The window crank was broken. No AC and it got very stuffy. There were no directions on how to operate the TV. Also, the information we were given in regards to the unit was outdated- the information said there wouldn’t be maid services until Day 3- not true. We arrived back to the unit on Day 1 to find out room had been entered. Had we known, we would have secured/locked up valuables. We called maintenance to fix both the toilet and window- when the man finally arrived, he essentially did nothing and said that he wasn’t actually a maintenance person- he was a driver for the property!

Amazing location, clean, spacious, new kitchen utensils. Super conveniently located.
Despite all of the positives, value for money remains weak, but that might be the case in the entire Snowmass Village area.

The unit was nice with mountain view, the king size bed a plus. Kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. The location could not be better for skiing! Only a few feet away from Elk Camp, no need to even go to the street to get to the gondola. There are complimentary laundry facilities, new and very clean. Check-in is at the Stonebridge Inn nearby, they offer airport shuttle.
Both kitchen and bathroom were old and outdated, which was quite a disappointment as some of the units on the site are nicer according to photos. The furniture in general could use some renewing, but especially the kitchen. The blinds are ready to break any minute and should be replaced right away.

The place is a ski in / out location, it is quite spacious, had everything you need in the kitchen, very quiet (couldn't hear neighbors or the street), the staff is extremely nice and helpful, will definitely come back again.

Everything, it was a great stay. True value for money.
Nothing, everything was perfect!

Great location and use of pool and hot tub. Also gentleman who came with more propane tank to grill when it was found to he empty.
Cleanliness in kitchen- layer of dust on top of fridge at eye level. And chairs needed to be dusted/cleaned.

Great location!
Comfortable but the bed was very hard

The location within a 2 minute walk to Base Village with the Elk Camp Gondola, shops & restaurants, and RFTA bus stop. Great size of condo with complete kitchen and extra counter space around the bathroom sink. Mountain view off the ample sized balcony. Reserved covered parking spot. Free laundry.
Pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable and it needed warmer blankets.

Great location - 1 minute walk to lift, ski back to home. VERY well equipped kitchen! We easily made several meals. Loved the ceiling heater in the bathroom - nice and warm coming out of the shower. Very quiet. Appreciated the washers/dryers with provided soap.
We asked for more firewood for the fireplace but it never came. Lock to the sliding door to the porch was broken and wasn't fixed despite our reporting it. Tub drained very slowly.

location, pool.
The elevator was out of service for 2 days out of the 3 we stayed.

Very nice condo, clean, large. Enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Great location.
No air conditioning and it was very hot while we were there. We were on the street side so very noisy. Curtains in the bedroom were not blackouts so the light came in very early. Fans and opening the windows helped some with the heat, but added to the noise.

The condo’s location is excellent for a couple of days of skiing. The kitchen is very well stocked. The pool and hot tub are very close by and are very warm. Free parking and a secure ski storage room help a lot.
The decor and furniture in the condo are dated. The dated carpet gives off an image of uncleanliness. It would be nice if they provided a Bluetooth speaker.

It’s on the mountain. Parking provided. Living room spacious, fully equipped kitchen.
While we were technically ON the mtn, we were barely able to see it as we were as far inside as possible, as well as far as possible from the elevator. We are Hyatt members and registered as such as soon as we booked with booking.com. That obviously carried no weight at all.
When you arrive at Lichenhearth, there’s NO office and NO signage about how/where to check in. We called and were told to come to a particular street further up the mountain. We drove to the street where there was still NO office and NO sign or Lichenhearth info. This prompted yet ANOTHER call to FINALLY learn that we were to check in at Stoneridge, another Hyatt property. We were right there, but hadn’t been provided this info on the first call or with a sign at the property. HELLO PEOPLE! Out of common courtesy, please assume that arriving guests know nothing and need some signage and directions.
While the apt itself has a sizable living room and fully equipped kitchen, we asked for a king and got two queens. The property knew there were no kings available when we booked. This. is.unacceptable. The bedroom and bathroom are both quite small. It was fine for a married couple. There are doors and partitions for privacy for larger parties, but they actually add to the narrow door openings and weird bathroom/bedroom configuration. Four adults would have difficulty making this work without falling all over one another or having any privacy.
