Didn’t eat the breakfast. The location was great for being close to M D Anderson.
When we entered the room there was a very foul smell. The carpet was very nasty. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The tiles around the tub/shower in the bathroom were coming loose. The flooring next to the tub was curling up. The screens on the windows were torn loose.

Clean
No in room coffee pot or lobby breakfast. Paint was coming off the painted bathtub. 2 burner stove was rusty. Foods from previous guests were left in the refrigerator.

One of the staff was nice. She was there the night we arrived, very thin lady. Location was the best.
The rest of the staff were rude. At 830am, they were out of coffee and weren't serving anymore although breakfast was til 930am. I asked for toilet paper for 3 days, and they never had any. I saw a few cockroaches in my room.

I think the doors should be automatic. A homeless man had came in and slept in the stairwell. When I left in the morning, it smelled awful. I assumed someone had urinated in the stairwell overnight as it didn't smell the night before. But then I saw a homeless man taking all the muffins and for some reason...touching all the coffee canisters! I didn't get anything cause it didn't look sanitary. Also, if he got into the hotel so easily, a violent person could easily come into the hotel and attack someone. The doors should be locked with a key card until physical staff is at the desk.

Wi-Fi didn’t work, breakfast cheap no selection.I traveled for work and didn’t have access to Wi-Fi so I had to wake up extra early to travel where I could complete my presentation. We left a day early but still had to pay the whole visit. Never got an apology or an I’m sorry. I got a very catty have a nice day. Never again.

nothing!
I booked for 3 people, 1 queen bed and a sleeper couch. when we checked in our room had 1 bed, no sleeper couch. The front desk had no other rooms and didn’t have a roll away bed. we had to go out and buy an air mattress!!! No towels in our room and it was filthy!!!!

Location only
The room was not really clean. Once we closed the bathroom door, there was a line of dust and an empty plastic razor cover on the floor.

The Night Manager/Hostess accommodated my room for me and my family when we arrived there. Once we got to the floor our room was on, it smelt like weed. Got to our room, it was decent, not the cleanest hotel we been in just for a night. Checked the pillows, two of them were clean inside and out, as in the pillow case and the pillow itself. The other four had stains on them as if they weren't cleaned properly and sanitized. The floor was really sticky as well. Was told on the website that they had free breakfast, got down stairs and all they had was coffee and hot chocolate. The morning manager/Hostess told us that they didn't have anything, saying that the truck hasn't came in 2 weeks.
An elevator that actually worked to go up to the floor we stayed on

Close to work
Broken elevator almost every day

We could not stay at this place, we looked at two rooms and they both stank so bad we could not stay
The clerk refunded our money entirely

how close to hospital it was
said they had a elevator it did not work and room was suppose to be first floor gave me second floor with 80 and 87 year old getting radiation. toilet did not flush called front desk and they told me no one could come fix it till following day no one came next fixed myself.

The location and the room was clean and a nice size.
They didn’t have any face towels, barely had enough big towels. Hallways smelled like marijuana. The back door to the hallway was cracked open all day and night giving anyone access to the hotel.
2.7
proximity to MD Anderson
no hot water for shower in the morning. Tried to address with staff and was brushed off.

Everything
Elevator was out . But the stair climb wasn't bad at all .. when I come back I will definitely come there

I love the whole entire concept when you add dishes and everything else included. I love the proximity of where NRG Stadium is as well as some of the stores and the hotel is closer to Rice Stadium where my cousin plays football. I definitely would be coming back. In the near future that is. Is nice as quiet no drama
The only thing I didn't like is oh I'm lying. A few things I didn't like one the bad was a little bit too small for two other people but they said they had breakfast they only have muffins and oatmeal although I guess it was Sunday and they didn't have the big breakfast like it he would have on Saturday and also the elevator was broken
2.7
Location is wonderful for anyone getting treated in any of the hospitals nearby.
Elevator was broken and had to walk up and down from the 3rd floor (alright by me but not so good for my elderly parents). Sofa pullout was okay but no sheets were ever provided.
2.7
Location is close to the medical centre, and transit center for bus and train.
We found our reservation via booking.com was not picked up by Extended stay due to some miscommunication between booking.com and extended stay when we arrived at 9pm. Housekeeping was not available, which maybe inconvenience for those who stay long. The room was a bit gloomy. Lift was not working/spoilt throughout our stay.
2.7
The Front desk staff ( Not the one who checked me in cause she didn't give me all my supplies for my room) but the other two ladies were very helpful with all my bad issues!
The fact I had to change rooms 3x and Wasn't offered any Discounts or accommodations which was unfair cause I traveled from SA! I would like to be reached from someone in Management about this!!! RM 247 had old mildew water in dishwasher which smelled up the room, RM 320 AC didn't work, RM 315 had no towels and very dusty! Elevator didn't work so u was up & down the stairs dealing with all this! I traveled to check on family issues and had to deal with this!! So Upset and pissed!!! What are y'all gonna do for me!!!!!??

Close to the zoo
Everything there was a smell to our room. Elevator was not working. No coffee maker. No breakfast. The pool was closed. People smoking pot you can sell it on the hall people drinking alcohol in parking lot. Had requested rooms close to each other because my children they were put on a different floor.

Location to MD Anderson. Two staff people very nice, one exceptionally rude.
