ANGELICA, ANGELICA, ANGELICA, LOL, the receptionist named Angelica was super kind to me. I was dealing with some personal trauma, and she was the best listener, and really helped guide me through my hotel reservations. She's the smartest person I've ever spoken too, and I lived at UC Davis for 6 years. If i saw her working I would go book the room during her shift, because I could trust her to not try to rip me off. Traveling can be taxing, sometime, but thanks to Angelica I feel like i paid my taxes stress free, and my hotel stay reflected my initial experience with her being so kind, polite, sincere positve, personable, and caring!
Honestly, the eggs were gross, the cereal was lame, there were a few crackhead folks, which you can't avoid in the city, but all and all, i had an excellent stay.

Everything was great...but the remote or tv did not work. We did not stay for breakfast. I will recomend this place and stay again when I"m in Sacramento
tv and remote not working....I've stayed here before and it was the same problem. Hopefully next time it works

Recently updated and clean.
Limited staff. Went to the office two times for assistance. Once, the response was excellent. The second, could not find anyone. I assumed they were on another mission.

It was comfortable and all except for my remote would not work for my tv and one of the lights next to the beds cord was cut.

location is great, very affordable
This is not the kind of motel where they take out a photocopied map of the place and use a yellow highlighter to circle your room location and write the WiFi password on the paper cover of your room key. Upon check-in the man at the desk said very few words, and did not give me a receipt. I asked him where room 223 was and he said “the second floor.” There was a poster sized, laminated printout of a word doc listing rules such as “we have the right to refuse service to suspected known prostitutes, gang members, drug dealers or sex offenders.” The walls ARE paper thin and our room was directly across from a constantly leaking, super loud ice machine. Every night we slept with noise cancellation earbuds & that helped but I am a really deep sleeper. There’s a good sized TV in the room connected to a DirecTv box that I could not get to power on, though it was plugged in and connected correctly. And did you say bugs? Yep, we got ‘em. No bed bugs for us, but that doesn’t mean we slept comfortably. The pillows are like a sack of soggy rice in a smashed bag of cotton balls & the beds are…okay-ish for cheap mattresses you can feel every spring in. But again, heavy sleeper. The 2nd & 3rd day there when we returned to our room the one key they gave us was not working. Day 2 I had it reprogrammed with the same silent man that checked us in; day 3 there was a very friendly woman working who asked me my date of checkout and as she handed my key back said “okay, now it is set for the rest of your visit.” & why wasn’t it already set until my checkout date? No answer. We stayed 4 nights for the Aftershock music festival and the hotel was fully booked - seemingly with other festival goers - so it is a very popular option (probably due to the affordability). But as fairly priced as it is, I would not stay here again.

To be honest, nothing
It was worse than what we expected. It was creapy, dirty, poor and not equipped.
2.0
The bed was comfortable
Nothing like the photos of the room. No bathtub, no chair or table. No microwave or fridge, no jug/kettle, or breakfast as advertised. Room not made up even when sign left on door handle.
Nowhere to even hang a towel. Or clothes. Very very basic room and definitely not 3 stars!

The room I was in is clean, I’ve not seen any bugs here, everything works fine in my room. My key did not work management resolved the problem though. The staff have been kind. The price is good grocery store right down the road.
I really have nothing to complain about. This place is okay for the price.

I like the space. And the privacy somewhat.
I slipped and fell on the floor because there was water leaking from out of the tub out into the room area where the wall is on the side of the bed by the tub. I didn't know who to speak with at the moment I just got my stuff and got out of there my ankle is still hurt.

I like the fact that they had a garage and security
