Angelica at the property provided excellent customer service it was really great and it was a wonderful experience

Everything was great just the AC/ heater unit wouldn’t heat and it chill

It's nothing special but it is what it is. I stayed during a big festival and it was busy enough to feel safe. It was also the last place i could find on that side of town, and they definitely charged accordingly.

Room had no amenities, room was located right next to supply room that was loud, the curtains had holes, and the AC system had buttons missing, overall would not return to the area. Check out the place next door (right next to ihop) as an alternative.

Awesome stay friendly peers ND staff are always there if anything.

If you need to sleep inside somewhere , find a cardboard box. It would be much nicer than this dump.

I was scheduled to check in at 3pm. I was not allowed to check in until 7pm! The property is filthy. Garbage everywhere in piles and homeless people digging through it. The rooms are honestly close to a health hazard. I had to borrow a broom to sweep the floors of food and cigarettes. The walls and door were disgusting. Dirt and grime are on all surfaces and walls. My AC did not work. When I notified the front desk, the woman was rude and tried to make me feel l was at fault. This hotel should not be open. Its dangerous, dirty, service is poor and the property allows homeless to loiter.

This motel six is ridiculous and obnoxious, and everything else that I could say without cussing, I would not recommend this hotel to anybody

Front desk not very helpful and rude. Didn't like the idea of having to go thru the switch board to get a room occupant.
Hotel located in a bad area; looked like drugs were being sold out front.

Ugh, where do I start? Property is in an area near several homeless encampments, who cut through the property all day and night. Fire alarm went off at 2:00am or so Saturday evening / Sunday morning. Pool has been filled up with dirt and concrete; lobby was locked 24/7, with a line at the tiny walk-up window. Sunday evening was spent listening to someone in the room above our (106) moving furniture around until 3:00am, then resumed at 8:00am. The Room: definitely not as shown; it absolutely smelled of bleach when we initially opened the door for the first time. No comforters (as shown in photos on your site), only a thin top sheet and prison-issue blanket. Beds were crammed into each side of room; one right up against the climate control unit (which was noisy, but kept the room cool). The shower floor had cracks in the warped bottom, which felt like they were going to slice my feet to ribbons (my partner declined to use it). In all honesty, we had not stayed here for about 15 years, but they really need to update their photos to show the reality of this place. We only got it sleep, but a cancellation with friends meant hanging out in the room Sunday from 6:00pm on until checkout the next morning. The only positive thing I can say is the on-ramp to Hwy 80 is right there, so we didn't have to drive through town to get to the freeway. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $$$ for a nicer place.

They didn't have the room type, accessible, there was no chair or anywhere to sit. Taking a reservation for a room that is not available seems a bad business practice.

It’s basically a homeless camp. They are in and out of all the rooms hanging outside all night yelling and screaming and my last night the cops woke me up at 4am to ask if I heard a women screaming. Not fun unless your looking for meth i guess

Located in an area with high poverty, so expect to see desperate poor/unhoused folks. The hotel is reasonable priced & clean. I stay hear every time I come to Sacramento and I have always had a pleasant stay.

My room was super small, the beds were not soft and made noises everytime I moved. LOTS of homeless people and were trying to enter the room. The parking lot was scary as a lot of people were just laying around, people were just staying in there cars smoking. Was asked 3 times when going out to give money or my life would be in danger. I had to check out 2 days early. But the worst thing was that Hotels.com did not want to refund me my money. This was to be a wonderful weekend and it turned out to be so disgusting and disappointed. Never would i use Hotels.com nor stay at a motel 6.

Homeless people all over parking lot drug addicts just openly using I was asked if I had fentanyl for sale usb port in room caught fire phone didn't work. Sheets were stained just overall the property was a dump really should clean up the homeless people that are living on your property and the crime and drug users on property is unacceptable I had my 8 year old daughter and she was terrified and I will never stay there again. Crime is so bad that you can't even check in in the office have to do it outside and it was 95 degrees outside and had to wait in line for about 30 minutes to check in. The money I spent was not worth it I should get a full refund for how horrible and unsafe it was

The best service I received was from the people who worked behind the bullet resistant glass while customers wait outside. At no time are customers allowed in to the lobby. Everyone was friendly and would help me as fast as they could even if they were out talking to friends or having a smoke break; no one made me wait as they would immediately go into the area where they could hand me something under the glass window.
I had an accessible room. And it was. Dense carpet on the bedroom floor and all tile in the bathroom floor so wheelchair users could roll right into the shower. Shower bench available. Major recommendation; do not leave handheld shower at the highest point possible on the shower pole.
There is no art on the wall. Queen size bed, 2 pillows, one sheet and one blanket. Refrigerator and television. After I get settled I am looking for the tv remote and it’s nowhere to be found. So I go back to the front office to ask about it and he says I’m sorry here it is. I go back to my room and turn on the tv to find that the tv screen has been smashed with a very odd screen saver. I could only turn the screen off or on.
No one tidied up the room the next day (although I would have been surprised if someone had done so).
When I checked out I told the staff about the broken TV and was told they would look into it. Best things: good water pressure and decent mattress.
There’s a Starbucks right there & after checking out I got coffee to find out it was closing

This was my second stay there. They seem to have staffed up a bit. TV didn't work and there was actually a guy to fix it. In town for a medical procedure and had accessible room, which could have used some upkeep. Towel rack falling off wall.

The font office accommodate my request for bottom room. But I will have to wait 2hr over the chech-in time. I was ok but it took over 3hrs...ugh!! Room cleaner was lazy, I told her that the sheets was dirty and she says the morning cleaners change sheets, she clean room. I just had to stay last minute for 1 night so I dealt with it. Would not recommend.

Freeway entrance was around the corner. A IHOP across from the hotel which made it convenient to get something to eat since it remained open 24 hours a day.

Less noise, I was a guest for a week. No cleaning service the entire stay
