comfortable and affordable

friendly reception. cosy lobby bar and restaurant in same building. right in the middle of downtown San Jose. many restaurants and community activities at time in the area.

flight path for planes at San Jose airport quite noisy early in the morning. slight smell in room.

Thr receptionist was so great, cause of him, we’ll always stay there. He made our stay very enjoyable.

Good location, fine enough place.

Location, clean.

The bar somehow didn’t feel super welcoming. The outdoor area’s bbq and bocce court and flags seem like they haven’t been cared for in years.

Breakfast restaurant was not open on Monday morning. No dinner served on Sunday night. No coffee service in lobby.

Me encantó la atención en la recepción , muy amigable el señor Kash , muy educado , y muy atento en todo momento… el hotel está muy céntrico y se puede visitar el centro de San José… muy recomendado y la comida en el restaurante excelente

Very comfortable, friendly people

Parking was easy. Finding way to entry door not so much

The entry door is very, very heavy, perhaps too heavy. Difficult to open when juggling other items.

Good, comfortable place to stay in downtown San Jose.

Room was nice, location was good and parking was easy right next door. Hotel lobby was very clean and appeared well maintained. The Room was a great size, comfortable and clean.

After parking having to walk around to the front entrance of hotel with my luggage was not good overall experience. Most hotels in the area parking is connected to the hotel and more seamless. I arrived on a Saturday and there is no breakfast served on the weekends so I had to check out earlier and go and find food elsewhere.

Need to ensure staff can respond to customer needs.

Location good.

No liquid soap in shower dispenser. When I called the front desk, the person answering the phone was unable to contact housekeeping to bring some up. Seems no one on staff know how to do this😳

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. It was located within walking distance of restaurants. Public transportation was right outside even though I didn't use it. The room was a decent size. I liked having a wardrobe to hang my clothes and store my things.

The restaurant was poorly staffed with only the bartender who was also the only wait staff around happy hour/beginning dinner. The food made me sick. Don't order the "spinach infused potatoes." Basically frozen spinach mixed into flavorless potatoes. The hotel looks a little dated with the carpet needing to be replaced.

Exceptional

Although at the beginning I had difficulties due to canceled flights and one-day late arrival, the hotel staff made all possible efforts to resolve the situation. My stay in the hotel was very pleasant. Thank you!

amazingly cool i would come back any day

everything went well but i was not told that i would be charged for parking the amount that i was charged was high and it shocked me that i had to pay so much that part was not made clear to me everything ells was amazingly great thank you i would love to keep this as my go to place when ever i come to San Jose the staff was so nice and the room keepers were so fast thank you for a great stay
