The staff and food are excellent. It was exceptionally clean and neat. The Inn was very Charming and in a great location. You can walk to some breakfast/pizza places and there is a small ice skating rink literally next door and plenty of parking overall. We would stay again.
Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable and left us with stiff backs for a couple of days.

We have stayed here twice before and had a lovely experience. This time was very different and extremely disappointing.
The room was incredibly small, loud, and freezing.

historic, conveniently located with places you could walk to for breakfast, affordable
issue with condition of bed but manager changes our room and offered refund

good location. nice old inn.
poorly staffed by inexperienced staff. little concern about the guest experience. TV would t work and the response was “I just reprogrammed the remote. Just reprogram it by holding the button until it stops flashing.
major concern was that the town cut the power to the whole town from 11 pm until 3 am. while we were on the way to the Inn we were informed of this by a text forwarded to us by the town.
The hotels response was to give us a flashlight and then left with no staffing overnight
no fire watch nobody their when the power went of right at 11 pm and the back up battery alarms went off for 4 hours so loud you couldn’t sleep.
it a shame that the ownership seems to have no care to manage this property as this could be a nice place under better ownership.

awesome location near beaches and the ME turnpike. loved the family suites that allowed for an extra room with twin beds for our kids. amazing restaurant for dinner too.

Unfortunately, we had much higher expectations for our room based on the price we paid. The inn is very old, which is no problem, but the bathroom has not been updated in some time and feels very dirty. The grout is brown and shower curtain had mold growing on it. The bed sheets were so rough that it was actually uncomfortable to sleep. The check in and check out process was easy, but we never saw a staff member at any point during our stay. I would not stay here again.

We enjoyed the rockers on the beautiful front porch.

It was quaint and well kept. It was spectacularly clean. The food was amazing!
In the mornings, there is no staff anywhere. My mom fell down the last step in the main staircase and there was no one anywhere in the hotel to help. The hotel is not friendly for those with physical disabilities. Lots of steep stairs and all rooms are upstairs.

dinner at the restaurant was average, however our server was very friendly and efficient.

I liked how quaint it was and there is definitely history behind this Inn. I also liked the low nightly rate even though you're farther away from Kennebunkport. I liked the bartender, he was very personable and had great recommendations. He was very nice to me and my partner and made our experience enjoyable.
I didn't like how far away it was and how there wasn't really anything around that was walkable.
I didn't like how low the pipes were in the room because I am a tall guy and the rooms here just don't work for me.

Great suite for my husband, me and friends. Very clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Old building had charm... And squeaky floors😊. Lovely area .. Really enjoyed going for an early morning walk.
Some noise from neighboring pickleball court. Would love if coffee had been ready as bit earlier.

There could have been coffee pod or machine in the room. We had to go out to get a cup of coffee as there was not any available from the hotel.

Staff was good
Cleanliness, shower had mold in corners, trash in bathroom was not removed, dog food on carpet and under the bed needed attention. Hallways had dust bunnies in the corners.
