All of it, the Hotel was so clean the pool was nice and clean the morning Breakfast, both mornings was great. Would stay there again if I happen to need a place in that part San Antonio in the future

The curtains on the window in the rooms were absolutely filthy! I didn’t want to touch them In capacity. Visible stains and dirt on them.

Worth the $- great stay!

The included breakfast was actually good! Other places just have stale pastries or cereal but this place had a wide selection. I also like that this location feel relatively safe and it is relatively clean

I was annoyed there were some mystery stains on walls and on the chair in my room plus the Keurig was dirty but those issues would not stop me from staying here again or recommending it to others. I’m also not a fan of that $50 hold it takes too long to be removed

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, very friendly housekeeping and cooks, breakfast was amazing! Most of the staff were so nice, especially evening staff

The floor in our room was very dirty it left our feet almost black, one staff member in the front wasnt very pleasant, a staff was cleaning the front of the building and I slipped and fell along with my 1 year old toddler she fell and hit her head and I fell and hurt my knee very badly yes there was a warning sign but he was mopping the flooring outside in the front in the middle of a rain storm which was confusing he was very nice and helped me up it wasn't his fault obviously but why did they have him cleaning the outside floor in the middle of a rainstorm??? Also they need more ice machines there are none on the bottom floor. Also there is only one entrance onto the property at night they close the other gate you have to drive completely around to reach it, not sure if this is done for security reasons.

Do not stay at this hotel if you need to leave a day earlier or need a different room! They will uses the excuses of us

Do not stay at this hotel! They blamed everything on using a 3rd party when we wanted a receipt; when we wanted to leave a day early; when we wanted to switch rooms.

The staff’s lame excuse for everything is “you booked through a third party.”

I was impressed the moment we walked into the hotel. There was a clean fresh smell as you entered the lobby and we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. Their hot breakfast was delicious and the food was fresh.

Absolutely zero complaints.

My stay this time at this hotel was disappointing. Housekeeping service needs to improve

The breakfast was good. The Evening shift Desk receptionist was out standing. He help me with getting extra towels and trash bags when room we not serviced. The GM was working very hard to ensure breakfast area was ready for hotel guests. She was doing most of the work compared to the lady that was assigned breakfast items ready.

Housekeeping was not good. Room was not clean daily. When the room was serviced only the bed was made clean towels were given. Room was not vacuumed and tables, tub, sink were not cleaned, The room did not even have door sign to put out to have the room clean which is unusual. They were two other signs.One not to change towels or sheets and the other I ‘m busy. Elevator floor was always dirty. There was no water in the water cooler in the workout room. The hand sanitizer station in the breakfast area were empty everyday The back gate should open earlier because of the road construction at the main entrance. Back gate should open at 7AM and close at 10PM for guests convenience

We loved and enjoyed our stay in here the whole staff was professional friendly and polite. The whole place was extra clean breakfast was warm and fullfiling to my kids. All in all we had best time in this Hotel.

Overall it was good.

Comfortable beds Room smelt very clean

Musty smell in the hallway on the 2nd floor. Hairs in the bathroom. There were no turkey meat options with the breakfast and I don’t eat pork.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was enjoyable and definitely met my expectations.

I thought the breakfast was tasty and their was a variety of different foods. Something for everyone to enjoy. I especially loved the egg cheese omelette. The tea section could’ve more selections. Chamomile tea should be added as well as mint tea.

The elevator took a long time to come to 4th it was a bit slow.

Neither I nor my family will EVER stay here because of Trish's poor customer service and demeanor.

The breakfast was okay. When I checked in, the front desk clerk named SABRINA was professional and helpful. She even changed out my room for another because I had some concerns about the cleanliness. She was pleasant.

I decided to stay an extra day and worked/was gone the entire day. I made sure to re-book my room with Sabrina that morning. However, when I returned, Trish was at the front desk. She had NO customer service. She confronted me about paying for my room. I was so confused. She kept saying she couldn't help with helping me to understand what the problem was. All she knew was that I didn't pay for my room. I was outdone. After I repeatedly questioned Trish, she decided that my attitude was bad and told me to leave. We went upstairs to gather my things and I left. I will NEVER stay here again. Eventually she told me that my card did not go through when I booked the room. I had no idea. No staffer ever called me about it. This situation could have been resolved really simply if Trish had been a better employee.
