Never again will I book there

They had rats and roaches . At night u could here the rats in the cabinet I had a non refundable stay so I couldn’t leave because I paid in full for two weeks . The sheets were dirty and stained .I asked for new sheets and they gave me two flat sheets only . People that lived there looked liked crack heads outside sitting there and running around at all kind of night hours. It looks like the courts when u pull up . And poor was never opened . Washer and drier barely worked .. etc

The whole facility was not good someone needs to check on this property . How they were sold out was amazing to me. I was scared my car wouldn’t be safe out there . Never again

when I went in, I said I hope I’m at the wrong location and I don’t have reservations here because that’s representing y

I did not stay at this property after arriving at pictures, misrepresent property

I left my phone on for time 10 minutes there and off people sitting outside, drinking and arguing and that building wasn’t very friendly down canopies over the entrances torn because in pictures so you could see how the door is it all right call me leaving the paint junkie cars that look like they didn’t man sitting in the parking lot

The staff was awesome. I like that the location was hidden.

The sink by the hallway was leaking on top and on the carpet. The microwave doesn't warm food up. The pullout couch mattress was horrible. Not enough lighting. Besides that...

Blah for the money

It was secluded, quiet for the most part,& spacious as well.

The mini fridge was frozen up with a huge frost chunk. There were almost no covers (a sheet & thin spread on a 14degree night). No coffee pot/ no phone/ smelled of smoking/ set up like a studio but no burners to cook. I mean full kitchenette w/ cabinets, counter, sink, but microwave & mini fridge like a regular motel room🤔🙃. Got yelled @ for using a towel to wipe up in the kitchen cause it had food marks when I exchanged it. Was told not to use their towels for that; use my own...I mean come on! My mom is 82 & they put us on the 2nd floor all the way in the back on the end. 😩 This was a unimpressive stay to say the least.😟

As we walked in I got this room non smoking yet it smelled like weed and there was weed on the bed as well even in the restroom was there weed. No towels we had the fact that all the rooms had pictures thinking we got on with a stove no we didn't get wat we were looking for.

Bathtub,sheets,walls, everything so dirty. Hair and bloodstains on the bed. So disappointed and I might not get my full refund now. I booked the room thru booking.com. puctures on website are so fake. Not even the parking lot looks like the photos. The rooms look nothing like the website advertised

it wasnt a bad neighborhood.

when i arrived to my assigned room, the ac was off and the room was extremely hot. mind u i got to my room at a little after 10pm. the room was so hot i had sweat dripping from my face. on top of that. the trash was not taken out. their was a dirty mask in the trash can along with other trash. ther was no toliet paper. and when i got out of the shower ther were no towels, so i had to use my clothes to dry off. i called front desk they said housekeeping has the towels so i would have to wait til tomorrow. I mentioned the toilet paler and she ended up bringing me a roll. i also let them know how extremely hot the room was. it didnt cool down til almsot 2 in the morning. it was a nightmare bc the day’s temperature was over 103

Not ever coming back.

I didnt like it. Thats why I checked out before midnight.

I didnt like the fact that I had to request a trashcan , hangers, and deodorizers. The room reaked of cigars and smoke. The border along the kitchen wall and floor was cracked and had mold. The counters were very dusty and dirty. The door had chipped paint and black dirt or stains on it like something had scratched the side of the door The comforter had cigarette burns in the inside of it. There were 2 bars of soap. Luckily I had brought my own body wash. I used up my own can of Lysol hoping to change the smell till they brought me a deoderizer which smelled great for about 15 min. I couldn't bring myself too get comfortable. I didn't even sleep in the bed. The toilet handle had to be pushed more.l then once to flush.
