Unfortunately it didn’t happen

When I pulled up the hotel looked closed. The pool has no water and I drove around the entire facility and even walked around a little bit outside. I could not find the office. When I called the hotel phone number there was no answer. I went across the street to the Quality Inn where I was welcomed with a smiling face and compassionate person who took care of myself and my children.

I was very upset that the pool was not in working order as I only book hotels with pools because my children and I really enjoy this amenity.

Disappointing

The bed was uncomfortable both of them room smelled. Cold air came through a gap in the door. It took too long for the hot water to come out in the sink and shower.. toilet paper was sub par very thin. Ac / heater has missing vents.

Very disappointed

Breakfast was good and the staff woman was very friendly and accommodating.

The room looked like everything was falling apart. Floor felt like it was going to cave in. The toilet was not screwed to the floor and the sink handles were too short could barely get my hands to the water. Also the handles were very loose like they had forgot to bolt it down.

Spooky, with all night construction in rooms above us :(

Good Price

Our first room had trash over the floor, we got a new room. That night loud construction noise at 3 am was coming from above waking us up and keeping us awake. The next morning, I went up and saw how they were ripping out drywall in the rooms above us. Horrible planning resulting in a horrible night for us. Hard to find the office. It was in a separate building in an abandoned Mexican Restaurant. Very spooky!

OK for the price.

Location was very convenient to our event.

My room was OK, bed was worn out, bit for the price it was OK. A friend stayed in another room and there was no heat and no hot water. I know of at least 3 families who had no hot water for a shower. I feel this is a poorly maintained hotel with an owner who doesn't care.

Days Inn needs to pay attention to their rooms.

The staff was helpful, however, I had to drive down to the office to contact them due to their phone not connecting.

In the first room I went into, I killed six bugs right off the bat. Second, the TV didn't work and the handset connection was broken when I tried to reach the office by phone. I managed to hold the phone plug and dialed O but no one answered. I then drove down to the office and the duty manager gave me a different room.

This was my 4th time staying here and the sheets were clean.

Exceptional

Sissy, our breakfast attendant, was bright, sunny and helpful. She even got the kids some coloring pages so us adults could finish our meals before we got back on the road. The most surprising thing though was the room, especially the bathroom, clean and very well maintained. No cracks, no frays, very comfortable.

The only thing that didn't wow us was that the bedding was a little thin. However, with how clean and comfortable everything else was, we are not complaining.
