Comfortable, nice staff, good breakfast

Very comfortable, easy to get to.

Be sure to ask for a room away from the highway. There is a lot of traffic accelerating and decelerating on the road.

Easy to get to location. Friendly staff and decent facilities. However the bed was uncomfortable.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The lobby is welcoming. Check in was quick.

The room was very clean upon arrival, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool/hot tub were awesome

The breakfast was awesome and the staff was nice. We were there for the horse show and the room was very clean- plus we used the pool!

Breakfast was delicious and the beds were very comfortable

Getting charged twice, not allowed to go to my room that I paid for, having to pee in the woods and being told to wait in my car while other guests were helped. Disgusting hot tub, non working fridge, mold in bathroom.

Room smelled musky.pool was very cold and hot tub wasn't really hot and jets barely worked.The same hotel in ocean city MA was much more updated and room was much larger.Expected the same here

Overall the stay was nice and there weren't too many issues. We'd stay again!

Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean. Pillows are very soft. They are pretty tight on towels for the rooms, so understand that they will only give you the amount of your party. The pool area has towels for you but they are small.

The hot tub could've been better. It had a weird smell to it, so when we got into it it didn't smell like chlorine as the pool did. The pool was also on the colder side getting in, but once you get in and your body gets used to the temp, it's actually not bad at all.

I requested an accessible room, but there wasn’t one available. I could not use the shower/tub and there were no bars to help me up from a low toilet. I managed OK but if accessible room not available, I would not stay there again. Last year I did have inaccessible and it was very comfortable. I have like this hotel when I come to Lexington but my health has deteriorated enough that I don’t get along well, unless I have an accessible room.

This place could use a little TLC, especially for the cost of our room.

Very nice staff interactions.

There was obvious signs of a previous leak in our bathroom ceiling. I hope what I was seeing were water stains and not mold on the tiles. There was also obvious water damage in the reception area near the desk. The highway noise is pretty loud. Of course, there is nothing management can do about that!

the staff were friendly the rooms were clean and loved the heated pool.

there were 2 things we didn’t quite enjoy one was that there is limited marking and 2 they there were a lot of ants in the pool area

Loved the hot tub and pool and proximity to the event. I was pleased with the variety of breakfast.

The cleanliness of the hot tub and pool was below par. I would like to see larger towels available for heavier set guests. The pillows weren't the greatest
