Good for business

Beautiful hotel Great staff Have a look at the old safes for gold in the basement.

A bit noisy if your room is by the elevator Rooms are a bit dark at night (lighting could be improved, maybe that's a taste thing)

Good value for money option.

Gym better than expected with free weight, machine, cardio and yoga sections. Staff gave us chocolates and roses at reception because we arrived on valentine's. The staff were professional The bed was huge, nice for laying out in.

On my first night the heater turned on way too hot and i woke up roasting. Maybe an explanation of how to use it was needed? On the second day there was no milk for the coffee. Minor problems really.

Reservation was not received at the hotel. No room available. Considerable inconvenience relocating to another hotel. Still haven’t received refund from booking.com

Great hotel in downtown Denver.

Beautiful building which was a bank at one time. Room was very clean and nice. Beautiful lobby with live music.

The Valet parking was extremely high and didn't have to be.

Disappointing

Location

The toilet seat was dirty (visual spots!) when we checked in. I spoke to the front desk and he asked if I wanted it cleaned immediately or did I want to schedule it. ??!! I said immediately because we were needing to get ready to go to a concert. No one arrived and I had to use my son’s bathroom. When we came back 9 HOURS later, the toilet had not been cleaned. My husband ended up using their washcloths and bar soap to clean the toilet seat. We should not have to do this ANYWHERE, and especially for the price we paid to stay here. We have stayed here in the past and it has always been great.

Superb

The foyer to the hotel is magnificent. Michael on the conceige is amazing, he knows his stuff. Worth visit just for the tips and history from him.

Service at the bar was poor, had to go across the road to get a drink.

It was a perfect quiet hotel, with great amenities.

The front desk agent, Teresa, was fantastic! The bed was so comfortable, and the hotel lobby was gorgeous.

slept all day s shopping as planned after being put in awkward position

close to mall & event that I came for!

upon arrival was told had no reservation! Stayed at Home 1 until morning to talk with someone in office had to leave hotel
