The refrigerator the dishwasher the stove the microwave it was the convenience of home

Close to UPMC events center. Rooms were big, bed comfortable, perfect for our stay for the Donnie Iris concert!

Location, grounds, pool was decent. Staff was awesome.

Room wasn't the cleanest. The shower was either hot or cold. The outdoor firepit wasn't working. There was torn carpet in our room. Wasnt the class i thought i would find at a Hilton .

Not the best for city visits, but great otherwise.

Pool was good. Room was really nice. Staff was great. Even the in-house shop was reasonably priced. Easy to charge to room. They offer room service! Room had a real ceiling fan.

While only 10 miles away, it's 25+ minutes to the city on a good day. On the way to check in, we were with 15 miles of the hotel for nearly an hour as a result of traffic. Used UBER to get back and forth to save gas. It's much more challenging to get in and out of the city than anticipated. Pool area didn't keep towels in stock- had to request each time we went.

Wonderful experience with friendly staff and cleaners. Felt welcome.

Quiet. Clean. Great location for shopping and travelling around the area.

BBQ’s we’re right underneath the clothes dryers that spewed lint and hot steamy air from them towards me while I used the bbq. Also BBQ’s we’re in poor working order (missing nobs to control the natural gas temperature, out of the two bbq only one was actually working). The couch in our room is soiled terribly that should be replaced or deeply cleaned.

Room was very nice and a good value.

The shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot, so we couldn't take a shower. The man at the check-out was supposed to give us a discount since the room didn't meet our expectations, but I never received one.

It was okay.

The location was great and breakfast was good.

The room could use some TLC. Doors need painted in the hallway, rooms could use some paint, furniture needed cleaned badly, could use a bigger garbage can in kitchen area and channels on TV could be better. I bought a sheet to put on the couch because it was all stained and grose.

Location and the breakfast- Kathy and Phyllis put out an amazing spread and keep things replenished and are sweet!

breakfast was great how ever the lady that was is the kitchen was coughing non stop while in the area were the food is being cooked at which was disturbing making it very uncomfortable to make the decision to eat there after hearing all the coughing in the kitchen were all the food was being made at.

The shuttle is unreliable, and the driver is rude

The airport shuttle didn’t show up as scheduled, leaving us in the cold for 40 minutes before the driver finally pulled up. He was then very rude and refused to lift our bags into the shuttle. We were repeat customers and have stayed for all of our previous trips but will not be returning again thanks to this awful experience.

Overall our stay was great! Great location right by a mall and the highway. Will stay again.

The cleanliness and the location and how friendly staff was.

The only thing I did not like about the property was that the TVs need to be updated our TV kept going out. I would think they would have had smart TVs in each room but they didn’t
