Enjoyed my stay and definitely would return

Quaint property and quite rooms. Loved the 5x mirror and bed was super comfy. Full service auto shop across the street and super close ocala police department

The room was very cozy. The staff bent over backwards to get me in early and get me what I needed. And the location could not have been better.

wish they photos had a picture of the front of motel. we prefer hotels. probably won’t return.

was a much smaller room then we expected! light by the luggage rack did not work and the hair dryer did not work. Bed was hard.

It was ok for 1 night.

it was eclectic, comfortable bed and bedding. the facilities were clean. had refrigerator and coffee pot, microwave. The person at the desk was wonderful and helpful as internet was acting up and he made sure I had access.

it needed to have the rug cleaned. it ruined the look as did the holes in the walls and baseboards that need a sprucing up. it’s close to the highway so there a traffic noise but that is no one’s fault.

need more updates and with a few details like curtains , rugs , new chairs , new entry lobby gazebo lighting, flowers or ornaments and please the details in the bed please white. any other color like black o brown look dirty .

Adorable retro motel

Adorable little roadside motel. Beautifully decorated rooms. Each room has a different decor theme, as the very kind employee was happy to show us! Pretty landscaping with trees, flowers and a covered pavilion. Wonderful staff. Very clean rooms, original touches remain, but modern amenities have been added. A short drive away from restaurants and shopping. Good coffee and snacks in the lobby. Despite being located on a busy highway, the rooms are very soundproof

Rooms are a bit small by modern standards. Beds were a bit soft. No doubt when the motel was built, it was on a quiet street, but now it is a busy 4 lane highway, across from the police station. Lots of cars driving fast. It is a shame, because this motel is really adorable. Be warned that pets and children under 12 are not allowed here

The room was decorated

The sink was clogged the shower stones were broken there was water damage on the baseboards and I think the most thing I hated was I was late for all my stuff because the staff didn't open the office so I was unable to check out. Supposedly one of them was sick and it made it to were the other owner couldn't open the office or put a sign on the door letting the guest know

Cute, homey stay, owners really care

The owners are really what make this place shine. John was so helpful and very polite in answering all of my questions and trying his best to accommodate us. The decor isn't for everyone, but it was put together with a lot of heart. I love how walkable the location is. I've stayed in other places in Ocala that are not walkable, and it gets annoying to have to buy a Lyft for every little thing. AC worked fantastically, and the shower pressure was amazing. Wifi was fast and allowed me to do any remote work that I needed. The antique desk was cute and fine for my work. There was also a cute little black cat wandering around outside at night. A very homey, friendly vibe. One of my friends who visited me was also very happy to see a place that is explicitly LGBTQ+ friendly. He lives here and doesn't often find spaces that are friendly to him. Just make sure to tailor your expectations. You won't see big hotel style amenities here, but the price for the walkability is more than worth it. Plus, the owners will go above and beyond to take great care of you.

The mattress was too firm for me and hurt my back, but it couldn't be helped. My partner found it very comfortable. I was still able to sleep well.

We were so disgusted by dirty linen that the while stay was unpleasant! Owner did replace sheets .

Bed sheets were DIRTY from previous guest! Bathroom dirty. Poor wi fi and cable tv connections.
