Very good

I had a room on the 4th floor the ac wouldn’t work good enough. To let the room get cooler than 84 degrees.

Mostly awesome

The staff was polite and welcoming. The complementary breakfast was delicious.

The carpet in the room was filthy, like get out of the shower and walk two feet on the carpet and your feet are black filthy. Also, $150 non refundable pet deposit is a bit much.

Amazing! Made my first time across the country as easy as possible!

The hotel has been more than accommodating with my bank issues while I was traveling! Definitely would stay again!

Breakfast could have been better but I will not complain about free!

Pleasant staff and clean rooms make up for longer wait times.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and seemed to be working double time to make up for low staffing numbers. The room was clean and stocked with glassware and toiletries.

The staffing issues meant a longer wait time for check in and linens. The door to our bathroom was wonky on its hinges, so it caused a loud crack sound every time the door was shut.

My husband ended up in a hospital the last week but I felt very safe & welcome there alone.

We only ate a couple times during our 2 week stay but impressed with all the choices.

This is actually the second time I've stayed here. I choose this place because I knew the quality

I like everything about this hotel. Love it's central location to everything. It's close to I-10 and the 101. Very easy to get to. Near the Chandler Fashion Mall as well. Very nice area.

The room was a bit dark. Needed a bit more lighting.

Spacious rooms but not quiet

Very spacious suite and comfortable bed Good choice at breakfast, though hard to find some things which were not together with others as one would expect.

There was a very disturbing noise going on most of the night - like some internal boiler. I never found out what it was but made it hard to sleep, despite a very good bed.

cleanliness is lacking, worn out furniture. Horrible management discriminated me and my ADA service dog.

Quiet, comfy, and quite impressed!

The dining area was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was a perfect size for two adults and a teen. The location is not too far from pharmacies and a big box store. The staff were courteous and professional. I personally loved the quiet nights (no noisy people coming and going in the middle of the night)!

Breakfast was not as good as others I had. Continually ran out of clean plates. Coffee lids didn't fit cups, orange juice was very watered down and area's and tables weren't cleaned off.
