Bleach smell all over and dirty rooms. Beds had bleach smell. i asked to change room but all rooms are same. i asked them to cancel so they checked us out saying they have refunded but lied and lied and ate the money. When i asked them to respond to booking for the same the misbehaved and pushed us out of hotel as they lied and gulped our money.

There were boogers and semen on the curtain in my bedroom.

Not one thing.

No concierge on both sides. No luggage carts on both sides. Breakfast not equal to other Home2 by hiltons. Room not properly prepared. Room not thoroughly cleaned. Room not stocked with soaps/ lotion/conditioner etc the same things as other hiltons. One room key didn’t work. Floors are disgusting and I had to wipe my feet each time before getting in bed. Location is very loud being so close to the airport.

they did not have a concierge at front desk, had to go to the sister hotel nextdoor to check in. not much staff on site

Overall we were pleased and will stay again in the future. Road noise the major negative!

Beautiful place. Very nice room, suite, good internet, big TV with Direct TV and HBO. Really comfortable king bed with excellent pillows. The free breakfast was better than expected. Large pool and hot tub, fire pit with automatic start. The place was well taken care of and the staff was great. I will have several stays after this one. We came down from the mountains for a weekend stay for a get away and had a great time, there is good access to the main roads, in other words it's a good location.

The price of their drinks like diet coke is really high. If you want the full breakfast instead of the free one you will pay an above-average price for not a spectacular breakfast. I wouldn't do it again. Our room had too much road noise as the building paralleled a major road with mostly heavy traffic

I ended up staying at the other hotel because the home to suites was not somewhere I could ever sleep at

That it had another hotel connected to it that was way much cleaner

The first room I checked in smell like cigarette smoke the second room I checked in smell like urine

not good, stressful, had to go out to pay for food for breakfast. so this cost me more then expected

bed was comfortable. room size was goo

low water pressure. had to turn valve all the way over to the hot side to get Lukewarm water. the breakfast was a huge disappointment after staying at other Hiltons. the breakfast burrito was disgusting and so was the egg omelet. it was greasy and soggy, there was no sausage or bacon for the breakfast. we had to call the front desk Sunday morning to let them know people had thrown up all over by the entrance doors. We were told we would have to pay for breakfast on the Homewood suites side if we wanted something better to eat, For the pricing I paid it was far from the last stay i did in north phoenix at the Hilton off I17 and happy valley road for 3 weeks and lesser money. this left a bad taste in my mouth and my other guests said things as well. big disappointment for a Hilton

overall it was a good stay.

When checking in, Sunday afternoon the staff was amazing! one of them had curly hair with glasses. You can tell she loves her job and her guests come first. We enjoyed the location and the quietness of the hotel. It was safe! the gym and pool were very clean and breakfast had a variety of items.

When checking out on Thursday morning Andrea lady at the front desk (I made sure I got her name) was extremely rude and disrespectful. From greeting to questions it was very unprofessional. The questions that we had WE had to figure out everything on our own Which is what made the “staff and rating a good.” It seemed like she hates her job and did not care. Also, in our room when going to bed the sheets were a bit dirty and stained but no big deal it was ok.

Location, room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent free breakfast. Wifi included.

Price was higher than I would usually pay and more than other locations few miles farther.
