It was adequate and the beds were very comfortable.

close to my family and the toilet was high enough so that it was easy to use for me being disable

it was very old and dingy facade. old refrigerator , microwave was adequate and coffee machine. the bath tub need to be deglazed and a better shower head. Also the shower curtain was frayed and the bathroom wasn’t heated so it was very cold.

Excellent Value Close to Everything!

The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable and the microwave, small refrigerator, ironing board and iron amenities were appreciated. I was greeted kindly by a nice, knowledgeable and efficient staff member.

The person in the room above me incessantly walked with heavy, noisy foot stomps back and forth for almost an hour from 8 to 9 p.m., which was nerve-wracking.

Overall we had a nice visit we were only passing threw and it served our purpose.

Lady at office was really helpful and pleasant. Bed was comfy. Good location we arrived in the dark and hungry and there were a number of places close by to get food. Some fun shops funky vintage stores I made a purchase. Oak Harbour nearby was also a nice spot to visit.

It could have been cleaner, there were dirty marks on table and in bathroom and on door to bathroom which I wiped off so a bit more attention to detail in cleaning is needed. Also the bed base sheet was dirty and the sheets had bobbles/lint on them, I don,t like that, maybe I am just over fussy but a quick lint run over to get rid of some would only take a minute.

🚨This hotel will try to scam you🚨 A few hours after my stay the front desk called me saying there was a "Very large hole in the wall near the door" and that I would have to pay a fine of $250. I made sure to keep the room in good condition and there is way I could have made it. I asked the front desk for a picture of the hole and they said they would send one. After not receiving a picture I called them back and they said that they thought there was a hole when there wasn't and I wouldn't be charged. If you stay at this hotel make sure to be prepared for something like this as it's probably quite common.

love the location!

very close to ferry as we need to catch a very early sailing , the location is perfect for us. very big room & comfy bed

pricey for just the 2 of us. we stayed 2 days.

Passable

Good size room. Liked that there was no carpet.

Bathtub was not clean upon arrival and did not drain well. We stayed 4 nights and no housekeeping at all during our stay.

Always friendly staff, easy stay, convenient.

Staying on the ground floor was a bit fraught with many large trucks just outside the window. The next night I stayed up stairs and it was much calmer.

Everything was great until we got home...

Room is clean

No sound-proof. Got charged $250 for some unknown damage after we left. To be honest, they did call me but I could not pick it up during my travel. I only noticed the call after checking my credit card balance and saw a pending $250 charge. [Update] There was a hole on the wall near the door but we thought it was already there for a long time and didn't report it to the hotel (our mistakes). After a discussion with the staff, agreed to split between two parties to avoid any further unnecessary arguments. Lesson learned: Please take a careful look at the room right after you check in and report anything unusual to the staff. Also taking some videos of the room before and after could be useful for these unfortunate situations.

The stay was great and rooms clean but extremely warm.

Big room

The room we were in had thin curtains,When we went to bed and shut lights off found out they had Super bright security Bright lights shining in are windows, which made it as light as day. Hard to sleep. Second night I went to office and told them, they said I could go to store and get sleep mask.

Besides the lady at the front it was a great stay!

Location was great. Inside the room was nice and comfy.

The lady at the front wasn’t very nice, couldn’t look up from phone and was snippy when returning keys. The man at the front was very helpful checking in and when we had a question about the cable.
