toilet hardly works, had to fix it and fill up the tank ourselves, water pressure is terrible, outlet in the restroom has some weird gunk on it

Good location. Great selections for breakfast.
The bed was a little hard.

The breakfast had many varieties. The hotel and rooms were clean.
The two days we stayed there the hotel lobby was hot and humid.

Convenient location to midtown & downtown (about 20 mins with rush hour traffic). Hotel is tucked away from highway and main road, so less noise to deal with. Cute lobby/reception area. Comfortable bed, perfect blackout curtains. Overall, decent stay for the price and basic amenities.
Upon room inspection, realized we had no soap. Was offered a bar of regular Ivory soap not " hotel grade" but generic store brought. Towels were limited. We had 4 people in our room but only received 2 body towels, 1 face towel, and 1 hand towel. When I asked the receptionist for more she said she would offer more as a trade in of dirty ones. When I explained that the room didn't have enough to begin with, she handed me two body and 2 hand towels. She stated that they had been dealing with theft issues with guest, so with that understanding, we had to make do with what we had. The desk chair in the room was beat up as well, the leather seat cushion was peeling and torn up, literally had strips of material hanging from it. Granted the weather was bipolar the weekend we stayed, but the outside pool looked like it hadn't been serviced/cleaned since last year. Water pressure in bathroom was low as well. Breakfast was subpar. The waffle/pancake machine wasn't working so all we had to eat (as vegetarians) was dry cereal, fruit, and toast/bagel; not too fulfilling.

There were no towels provided the first night, one of the beds did not have a comforter on it, and the second night, there were still no face towels available.

The food and the room was nice
They’re trying to keep my deposit because I didn’t come get to get it until the next day because I was giving them time to check the room.

Nothing!
Furniture in the room was damaged and severely worn. No shampoo. No blanket on the beds. Old, worn and neglected.

The breakfast was good. Wifi worked
My room had bed bugs. After one night in the room I had bites that looked like bugbites in research of bedbugs. Inspections of bed also indicated bed bugs. Management did not offer another room. I did not stay in the room the second night. l would like reimbursement for the 2 nights.

The location for us was close to our destination.
Only one lady working and could not keep up. She didn’t speak English and was very hard to communicate with. The room was just ok. The desk chair had half the leather pulled off of it. The room had been updated but it was obvious…. you could see the wall areas that had to be patched. The bathroom grout was cracked and chipped off. There was a gap around the bottom of the tub exterior. The landscaping on the outside was dead and and there were beds but the only thing in them is grass and weeds.

Location: near everything but off the beaten path. Easy check-in thanks to Larry.
I saw bedbugs on the bathroom tile and on the tile to the room entrance on my last day early in the morning.

I was just for two hours and they take a deposit of $20. The receptionist tell me than they were going to return me the money. But they never did it

The check in was easy and the receptionist friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We used the pool, which was great since it was very hot.
The breakfast had a good range of options, about what you would expect. The pancakes and cinnamon buns were good.
Easy free parking. The hotel is close to the highway but it wasn't noisy, and close to a quite a few restaurants, which was great. I would definitely stay again.
One of the door entries to the pool didn't work and we had to ask at the front desk (I think the battery had gone flat). The spa pool didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while, but the weather was too hot anyway. Otherwise it was all a very nice stay.
