Fell short of expectations.

Location and cleanliness of our room.

The amount of non-paying people in the lobby. Kids running around handling food at breakfast bar, behind the front desk playing on the computer. Stayed for 3 nights, room was never cleaned, beds weren’t made, didn’t know you had to request that service until I was checking out.

Cute hotel, clean and very nice staff. But this is more of an economy hotel, under $200 a night.

Breakfast was great! Staff was wonderful and friendly! Clean room.

Value for the money not what I expected. Comfort inn was clean and nice but I overpaid for this hotel and so was disappointed.

Nice stopover for ou trip from Michigan on the way to Bay of Fundy

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Exactly what you need when traveling. We only stayed the night. Coffee was really good and they had cookies out when we arrived.. very nice

The AC unit is not running properly and is louder than normal and cycles excessively . I had a rough nights sleep.

Most comfortable hotel beds we've slept in in a long time!

Breakfast was pretty good. The pre-made omelets actually tasted like eggs, which hasn't usually been the case in our experience, so multiple thumbs up for that!

There was an extremely loud, inconsiderate guest in the next room who ruined my night's sleep. NO fault of Comfort Inn, but people's lack of basic consideration for other guests is one of the reasons staying in hotels has been ruined for me in recent years.

The person who checked us in and out had a very poor attitude. It looked like he didn’t want to be there.

location was important, so this was why we choose the Comfort Inn. Staff was helpful and kind.

Thin walled rooms, with a guest upstairs making noise the entire night. We didn't expect a great hotel, but it was the highest priced traveling hotel on our trip, by a lot. We stayed in a beautiful hotel in Staunton Va. (Hotel 24 South) for more than $60 less than the Comfort Inn. The only thing we expected was sleep, and didn't get it.

Very good

Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing that I would write home about. Coffee cups too small. We like big cups of coffee when we first start the day. Staff was very pleasant. Bed was good, pillows were comfortable too.

convenient location

loud rooms and could hear neighbors tv and snoring through the connecting door. staff was a bit cold. drunk people were sleeping in the lobby

Our stay met our expectations for what we needed for one night. We were satisfied.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary chicken noodle soup when we arrived was delicious--real soup. Breakfast was good, but with fewer options than some hotel complimentary breakfasts. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great.

Breakfast and lobby area combined was a small and felt crowded. There was no covered arrival platform where one could drive-up and unload. Room was smaller than I expected from a Comfort SUITES. I recently stayed in another Comfort Suites where the room felt more expansive. In our Brattleboro room it was actually difficult for two persons to pass each between the foot and the beds and the furniture.

property was fine for a quick overnite

the snow removal in the parking lot was horrible. we had to walk through piles of snow to get to walkway. It had stopped snowing much earlier in the day. we did not arrive until close to 7 pm

Going back again in February. Best value, clean abd comfotable and 40 to 45 minutes from Mt. Snow.

Great breakfast for the kids, they loved the waffles. Nice staff and decent selection of restaurants in Brattleboro.

Walls are paper thin. If someone is talking in the room next to you you can hear every word.

Easy access from I-91, nice breakfast.

Great location. Decent sized room. pleasant staff.

Walls between rooms are paper thin. This was a problem because the guest in the next room had a very serious cough and made a lot of noise.
