Won’t be at this location again

The pool and hot tub were closed and that wasn’t mentioned on the site. The steak that we ordered was all fat, and the mini store was not stocked at all. There was a funky smell in our wing too.

Location & staff made the stay great, room was okay, would stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights to watch the eclipse. The staff was very nice, especially the employees working the bar/restaurant. The food was good & reasonably priced.

The room was a bit dated & needed a deep clean. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls in some places & the mattresses were not comfortable (could feel springs/lumpy). The pool was under construction so that was a bummer too.

Concert venue convenient

Very close to our concert venue. Nice rooms, clean and roomy with a restaurant/ bar on the premises. They were extremely busy and managed to provide great service to customers.

JUST DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THE HOT TUB AND POOL WAS DOWN AND WAS NOT INFORMED BEFORE

Ok hotel with fabulous staff.

I thought the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again just because of them.

The carpet was dated and had several holes in it. I think it looked dirty because of its age. The room just looked like it needed to be updated.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Location was great and walking distance to the Goodyear theater

Very Comfortable good nights sleep stop on road trip

Clean, nice decor, very friendly people at the desk. Appreciated frozen meals to take to room as well as drinks assortment all in cold cases. Comfy bed.

Outskirts of downtown Akron , safe and convenient.

Felt very safe. On site bar and restaurant with beautiful outdoor seating. Requested close to elevator and she offered first floor. It was right by exit. Short walk to unload. That was wonderful.

Doors were so loud, thought it was a gunshot everytime someone would shut their door

We were charged for complementary breakfast and was asked to give a tip for saying good morning and giving us our bill.

Love loved loved this hotel will most definitely visit this place again!

The breakfast was amazing I just think everyone should get a free breakfast with there stay since the price of the rooms not cheap!

I’m sorry I will not be back

the dinner food and drinks were excellent. the Bartender she was awesome and excellent server. Too bad Saturday was her last day. lost a good employee.

the breakfast was terrible. Our server was rude and got smart with me like I was stupid. the pancakes were hard as brick and the eggs were watery.

Overpriced food with really small portion. Kids running around and screaming with no parents around. Couldn't enjoy the pool or hot tub because of the amount of kids running and jumping in and out of both, again no parents around.

We had a nice date night dinner, concert and stay at the hotel. We will be back for sure!

The location was great. Excellent service and great restaurant service at dinner. Morning server was a little rude but otherwise not too bad.
