Everything about this place was better than i expected from any hotel at the price listed it is very nice very clean an up to date it’s down right amazing

Nice people, but needs a good cleaning.

The sheets were stained. The carpet was dirty. The lamp was broke. There was a bag over the smoke detector. The wall paper was peeling off above the tv. It was inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Definitely enjoyded our stay!

Price of room was fair and affordable, room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The restroom in our room was big and roomy. The staff on front desk was friendly and respectful. We really enjoyed our stat here at the Sleep in & Suites and would definitely stay again in the near future. 👌

The Sleep Inn & Suites offered a continental breakfast with cereal, fruit, toast, yogurt, waffles, orange/apple juice and coffee. But what we were also looking forward to was some scrambled eggs with either some bacon or sausage. But we totally understand that due to covid alot of hotels are still just offering the normal continental breakfast with No eggs/bacon/sausage. Regardless...we still enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again in the near future. 👍

Location

I didn't get the room I booked and was told they didn't have that room. I tried to speak with the manager but she was never there when I asked for her. Curtain rod and toilet paper holder was broken... moved room and toilet paper holder was broken. Tobacco trash in elevator.. stains on carpet and didn't look vacuumed.

Would not stay again or recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel needs a lot of attention in maintenane

The staff at the desk were pleasant. Bed was comfortable

The hotel needed a lot of attention, looked like it had been let go for a long time. Elevator was scary in that it made a loud noise and need to be inspected, not sure what was wrong, but concerned about it falling or failing to open when it made a loud noise every time we used it.

During the day, it was peaceful and quiet.

What breakfast!? Over 3/4 of it was gone cause them oil rig boys filled up their lunch boxes with it.

Lack of parking space . The noise of vehicles racing and roaring up and down the street next to the hotel. Some of the residents were making noise . The smell that was in the elevator and out in the hallway.

Though the room was not in tiptop condition, it was comfortable enough for a one night stay

There breakfast was skimpy. It barely qualified as a Continental breakfast

There needed to be some minor repairs to the room. The location was a little hard to reach from the highway

Nothing....

Air conditioner not work (309), hair in tub. Then moved to 306 hair in tub as well. TV didn't work when asking what would be done to accommodate nothing. Then to top EVERYTHING I was overcharged instead of compensated SMH... Then everytime cards to room NEVER worked kept having to get fixed whole time EVERYDAY. Last but not least, my room kept showing was #304 with shampoo, soap and pube hairs in shower.

Exceptional

The gentleman clerk at the desk had an amazing attitude, he was very thoughtful and accommodating. I am disabled, he helped me far more than I could ever have asked for. Rooms were clean, comfortable, peaceful and pleasing to the eye. I would highly recommend Sleep Inn to friends and family.

The only thing that could have my experience better, would have been to have my whole family with me to enjoy it.
