The pool & lazy & river were decent
The rooms were not the cleanest, housekeeping/main desk did not respond to requests for pillows/linens for pull out bed
7.0
The lazy river is awesome and it is within walking distance of several restaurants and fast food options as well as an outlet mall for shopping.
The beds were hard and our room wasn't ready until six even though check in was at 4pm. Then when it was time to leave they insisted that late check out was impossible

The facilities where great. The people so friendly

The staff at the reception desk were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The room was large, clean, and very nice. The outside of the property was beautiful and it was fairly close to the strip.
We used the pull-out bed for my daughter and it was as hard as a rock, they only gave her one tiny pillow that felt like it was stuffed with sand, and the blanket they gave her to use felt like it was made of burlap. We called for extra pillows and were told that there would be a delay due to lack of staffing which I understand but, 2 days later, we still had not received them. The hallways were filled with litter and debris, the carpet needed to be vacuumed and cleaned and there were bags of trash and dirty linens along every hallway. It's nice that they have a suttle but we did not use it because it stopped running at 10 or 11! This is Vegas baby, shuttles should have the same schedule as the city (24/7) in case you're out enjoying yourself and lose track of time.

Room was clean roomy and amazing! It was super quite despite being next to the airport, the grounds were beautiful and pools were clean and warm. The front desk staff and the staff at the onsite pizza restaurant were very friendly.
No shuttle to the strip/airport. The staff at the restaurant is rude and ignirs you for long periods of time. Take out at the resturant ends at 6:30 pm. Very limited bathroom facilities at the lazy river and pool. Check out is at 10am

Pool and lazy river are great. Grounds are beautiful. Location is convenient to airport and the Strip. It was nice to have a room with a kitchen and my kids enjoyed the jet bath. Really liked the family feel as opposed to the casinos along the Strip.
It would be great if there was an easy way to connect TV to the streaming services I subscribe to. Would have liked it if pool had a deeper section.

The room was nice and big. The view from our balcony was fantastic. Great location, close to the outlets and the strip
Very underwhelming. No room service, no housekeeping. People had to put their garbage in the hallway. Didn't have any sheets or blankets for the pullout bed eventhough they knew the room was for 2 adults and a child. Room was nice though

This was our honeymoon. The lazy river was so nice to relax in and the pool was very spacious. The view off of our balcony was nice. It was nice to sit out there and enjoy the sunshine. The jacuzzi was amazing! The room was very nice and spacious. The staff were really nice saying hello and very inviting.
There were not any flat pans only pots to cook with. There was not a lot of parking but there was a parking garage. The shuttle was not going due to covid and that would have helped get to and from the strip without paying for parking.
