Location is Ideal.
No refrigerator in rooms, shared fridge not the cleanest

great location, right on the boardwalk. parking close by. comfy bed. Danielle (?) was super helpful with the water/toilet issue.
no breakfast included. since our toilet was leaking we had to use the bathroom next door, inconvenient at night but it worked out ok. room needs better blinds to darken the room as lights outside are bright.

great location, right on the boardwalk! parking right there!
toilet was leaking so we had to go outside of our room to the next one to use the toilet. no breakfast but we found the sunshine diner close by for good food, coffee and staff!

I love B&B's. This one is great.
My room needed an ocean view window.

The property was a 1930’s beach bungalow with direct access to the boardwalk and the beach. The house seemed to be in original condition and made it all the more enjoyable. The property was clean and comfortable and the amenities were as described when we booked our stay. Staff were courteous and all amenities were timely. Overall this was easily the best and most comfortable stay we’ve experienced in Ocean City. We will be booking this property again and would certainly recommend it to others.
There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property or our stay.

The location right on the boardwalk was great. Very convenient. The parking was also exactly as promised and convenient in the back of the hotel. The hotel is walking distance to everything on the boardwalk, and the view from the porch is exactly as advertised.
There was no hot water, and we both had to take cold showers before a wedding! We sent a text requesting assistance right away, and it was never answered. So off we went to the afternoon wedding chilled, after a cold shower the first weekend in October. There was no one on site at all, except in the morning, so texting was the only way to communicate. The next day we did not have hot water either. This was not acceptable.

The location is great. Right on the boardwalk.
The house needs upgrades. The upstairs deck was very dirty with seagull droppings & the lawnseat cushions looked like they were not cleaned. I've suggested single serve coffie makers for hot water available in the rooms for hot beverages when the dining room is closed.

Easy access to beach and friendly, helpful staff. Also loved that they had beach chairs and bikes available for use by the guests. We loved sitting on the porch watching everyone on the Boardwalk.
The shower in our room was extremely small, but other rooms had much bigger showers so we just happened to get the smaller one. We expected an actual breakfast, but it was just basically a Continental breakfast (bagels, yogurt, muffins, fruit and hard boiled eggs. It was good, just not what we expected.

Breakfast was perfect for us! Just what we needed, nothing over, nothing less.
Bed was super soft and we prefer hard but that’s a personal choice.

We were a little disappointed because they changed the breakfast from last year (stuffed french toast one day, quiche another day) & it was a surprise every day what was being served. We understand why it was changed & will still book again with you because of the location. We liked staying in the Victorian room & perhaps will try & book the upstairs room with the porch next time!

The bed was comfy and continental breakfast was fine. My husband and I loved the front porch that overlooks the boardwalk and beach.
I thought the bathroom needed more shelves to place personal items and definitely the stand up shower was VERY SMALL.This was in the Victorian Room. Also, not enough outlets in bedroom and bathroom.

The location was extremely convenient, right on the board walk and close to everything we wanted to experience. This was our 2nd year staying there and we will definitely be back for a 3rd
The first year the breakfast was homemade and delicious. This year it wasn't. Pre packageds muffins and pastries and bottles drinks. It was still nice but my girlfriend and me really enjoys the homey feeling of the cooked breakfast the year befor

Loved the room.
The bird poop could have been cleaned off the ledge from off the patio.

What breakfast????? When we were there before they made a good homemade breakfast!!! We left and had a real breakfast somewhere else. We like the location!
The breakfast. The bushes in front needed trimmed . When you sat on the porch it was hard to see because they were soooo bushy and tall.

Location and beach chairs and towels were the only positive things about this place

The beach. The property is right on the boardwalk. There is a nice porch (only one room has a balcony-our didn't) but they have quiet hours starting at 11 pm.
We had the canopy room, which sounds fancy. It is not. It is extremely small and dusty. There is a dusty canopy thing nailed to the wall. It smells up the whole room. It fell on my husband's head when he laid on the bed. The headboard was just a piece of wood between the bed and the wall that wasn't secured to anything so it bangs around noisily. Speaking of noise, the window AC is so loud you can't hear the tiny TV at its highest setting. The spa tub is nice, not a two person jacuzzi, just a deep dirty tub with jets in the bathroom. No breakfast. It was motel breakfast, toiletries and accommodations. The Beach Walk Motel owns the place now and that's the quality you'll get. The receipt even says it when you check out. What do you call a Bed & Breakfast that doesn't serve breakfast? This place is trash at luxury prices. There were holes in walls and furniture. Cheap mattress and pillows. Dusty scary mannequin in the corner! Continental crap for breakfast the disappointments go on and on. We checked out after one night. Vacation ruined.
The owner said we read the old website so we shouldn't have expected robes but she'd get them out of storage for us. Her only other offer of remedy was to refund us, demand her parking pass (good luck squeezing in and out of that nightmare of a parking lot), and checking us out.
