Breakfast was top notch! Proximity to great restaurants/bars was outstanding. If you are into watching the sun rise, just walk down to the corner and take a quick right. Sheer beauty!
All good! No complaints. Already planning next trip.

The bed was completely sunk in on one side and there were ants in the room

Location was perfect room really nice
Price was ridiculous for the room, no response to emails from booking.com at all. I had to call to confirm. Breakfast did not include enough food at all minimal portions and coffee should be available all day

The location was fabulous - close to the shops and restaurants but very quiet. Edgartown is definitely the nicest place to stay on the island. We had a beautiful king room with a cute balcony which was perfect for wineoclock.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The breakfast spread was ok - fresh muffins every morning plus fruit and chia/oatmeal options. No warm egg dishes on offer though and it would have been nice to have been offered bread.
The coffee, like almost everywhere in US hotels, is filter coffee which is not great but it is available all day if that’s your thing.
The wifi could be better, but we were on holiday so not a big deal.

parking available
beautiful building & rooms
small plates breakfast available
tea/coffee/cookies on arrival
bedroom and bathroom smelt of damp/drains
no bar or drinks available in the evening and no room facilities to make a hot drink… so just tap water

Our room was impeccably clean and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful whenever we asked for anything. The breakfast items offered in the morning were very good and the machine that provided filtered still in sparkling water downstairs was very convenient.
There really should be a microwave and a machine that provides hot water 24 seven in the main dining area for guests. If you come home after a long day and want a cup of tea there’s no way to do that without asking for staff after hours to come help you for that. Also, I microwave would be very handy to warm up leftovers that might be in your guestroom refrigerator. And having several fire pits might be nice since every time we tried to sit by them there was already a congregation of people around the fire pit and all the seats were full.

Breakfast was great. Location was great.
Our view was of the side of another building 5 feet away. The curtain in the bathroom was filled with mold.

The Christopher is a beautiful property located at an absolutely perfect location in Edgartown. My wife and I enjoyed every aspect of this magical destination!

Breakfast was good
Our room was never cleaned. Our friends’ rooms on the 2nd floor were cleaned on Saturday. Ours was not. The HVAC didn’t work well. The stairs are steep and narrow up to the 4rd floor.

Most everything.
Coffee available in room.

Location was nice.
- Stairway to 3rd floor was unacceptable.
- Breakfast was extremely disappointing.
- Counter closed early; should not have.
- Whole place was simply over-rated, especially compared to other B&Bs we stayed at throughout New England.

Sweet touches of food being amazing and decor outstanding with such charm
Bed was a tiny bit too firm but not worth changing because it could be just me

Breakfast most days was great.
Probably should be a warning somewhere about the steep and narrow stairs and the fact that there is no elevator. For those on the third floor carrying luggage it was a bit taxing.

Great place, very charming. Excellent location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
The only room for improvement is the breakfast. We tried the coffee and breakfast on the first day and decided to go out for breakfast every day.

A great value for downtown Edgartown compared to some of the larger hotels.
I used to live down the vineyard and some of the hotels have exploded in price which is absolutely ridiculous like $600 a night some my advice would be to check out boutique hotels which may not have 24-hour room service however you're going to save some money and there's several on the island that are decent.
This is located right in downtown Edgartown and the center of all the action.
The rooms are kind of small but it's not a major Hotel so you get what you pay for and it's still a good buy

The breakfast was amazing.
The back sitting area was a mess - it needed a good clean and the "curtains" covering the beach chairs were literally broken and hanging off. The rooms smelled musty and the whole place needed a good scrub and update- faded fabrics and such.

We've stayed in Edgartown before and typically in this area. We selected this Inn for it's location and because we've stayed at Lark Hotels in the past.
No in-room refrigerator and not enough bathroom shelves/storage space.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The bed was comfy.
Our room was not quite worth the money we paid for it. It was very small and awkwardly situated. The walls were stark white. I felt like I was sleeping the the maids quarters.
