ROACHES

Front desk personnel were extremely helpful, friendly and worked together. They communicate with each other.
Bed mattress is old, and, has a lump in the middle of the mattress, running the length of the bed.

We didn’t end up staying because the elevator didn’t work and we have twin infants and was placed on the 4th floor. Also the room was dirty and smelled bad.

Nothing
Worst place to stay. Would never go back to this place. Description on booking included king size bed and for two people we received a single twin bed, with worst quality and springs. Full of pets, dog furs, smell. Etc. Hair on bed, bugs in room. Unclean room and bathrooms. The worst place I have been.

Natalie and Alex are very personable. They made me feel welcomed. The location is perfect for the places I needed to visit.
The elevator was not working, So I had to take the stairs.

Nothing. I got another hotel within an hour of walking in the room.
They told me I could not che k in until 3 pm. I went back at 3 and the window was closed. The staff was in a meeting. The place did not feel safe or welcoming. The rooms had the bare minimum in them. The beds were cheap bed frames and thin mattresses. I only stayed long enough to find another hotel. I could hear people arguing in other rooms. I would have rather slept in my car.

absolutely nothing
the younger girls In the office thought it was ok to openly harrass until I had to make police reports.

The staff at the front desk was nice and polite
1. It was smelly. The hallways, the elevator, my room. I went out and bought a can of air freshener. It helped a bit.
2. the bed was uncomfortable and on a folding frame.
3. kitchen was completely empty. There wasn’t even a plastic fork.
4. It was a very rough neighborhood. The checking room felt like a security check point and the office didn’t have a person there in the morning when I left. There was just a phone number in case of emergencies.

I didn’t stay at the hotel due to safety and lack of cleanliness, room was dirty and staff was rude
The entire experience paid for a room I never used

Nothing
It had roaches and staff was horrible took 3 days to get me in a new room. I had two rooms and the room for my children had roaches couldn’t have them next to each other. Paid $150 for per deposit wanted to charge me that twice even though pets was only in one room. Couldn’t use the roaches room for 3 days but no no refund manager was rude always in the hallway talking to long term tenants everybody looked like they smoked crack! After I complained they called my room to have my husband show his ID and say it’s to ensure the property is safe but yet it wasn’t clean! Tried to tell me I didn’t pay for the pet fee (after they switched my room) until I had to remind them 😑 I was only staying there because my lease ended I was buying my house and relocating until it was closed I didn’t want to travel. I will never stay there again when visiting family in the future might as well stay on Nevada and the sister location on garden of the gods no better review said roaches and bed bug! The manager confirmed with me they handle roach outbreaks I said so my room must have been one and then said she didn’t have to tell me anything else! Run run run

Food was in the room from prior. Room wasn't clean. Furniture was cheap and in bad condition. No remote for the TV. Way to expensive for what you get.

Staff was nice, room was clean and spacious.

How friendly the staff was
Long hall ways

Terrible location. Rooms are NASTY. Doesn’t seem like they’ve swept the floors in months. The hallways smells like dog feces. Very uncomfortable area for me as a women.

The location was maybe the best part
First off I had the option to change my room before the cancelation period, so I got a second bed added for an extra traveler, we get there and pay and all of a sudden " im sorry I don't have any double beds available" what.. like i understand if that was the thing BEFORE I paid but no I was uninformed. So they say well we can do any accommodations possible to make it work we said fine since it was only 1 night, luckily someone overhead us and gave us an extra air mattress to use which was awesome. Next we go down the hall to our room the hall reaked of animal smells and just dirty that it hadnt been clean in a while. As we get into our room it was clean and decent except there was stray hair in the living area and left over cat litter in the corners of the bathroom floor so obviously sweeping is not much of a thing there. We asked for an extra pillow and blanket for our 3rd person but all they had was a small thin blanket oh well on that I guess. The one and only bed was so uncomfortable, just a mattress on a spring bed frame we both woke up with awful back pain. Also they are animal friendly which is fine but they're was animal droppings that weren't cleaned up and it was near the only back door to the hotel to get in so that had to be avoided every time. I wouldn't really recommend for the 125 we spent but we really had no choice otherwise we would have been out that plus another 100 something for another room.

Nothing this visit
The check in last was rude and unprofessional.. I've managed many businesses and ran my own.. I accommodate clients according to their prior history. If good on my end and theirs I always work with them. If they were a problem I'll explain why I won't. If they were not a problem I'll explain company policy but why I will override for them again. If I've done it once I can do it again! I have one card on file and was paying with another.. My debit. Add I did the prior stay with them. Studio 6 was able to do it.. Maybe their better customer skills qualified!
