Very disappointing in your facilities.

breakfast. thats about all,

No ice, phone didnt work, light bulb burned out, toilet flapper stuck, bed made with top sheet on top of blanket, what was that about? not a good stay.

They wouldn't allow me to bring my coffee back to my room in the morning they wanted me to stay in the lounge with it.

I felt like I was at a hotel where hookers brought their clients.

The room was clean. The staff was efficient.

The low price attracted a cast of sketchy characters. There were guests there who looked like meth addicts. I did not feel safe, and I put the ironing board & a chair against the door. Sure enough, someone tried the door at 10 pm. The $60 room was not a good deal.

Was a quiet pleasant experience

The breakfast was good and fresh they never bothered us with roomservice and front desk was always friendly.

That you can't smoke in the room was a mega turn off

They had landscapers at 11 o’clock at night they had paper towels and holes in the ceiling there was things coming off

My young children and I were held at gunpoint outside of our room because my husband was “slamming his car door”. I was

Nothing, honestly.

They steal your deposit and look for flaws within the room to justify them keeping your $100 dollar deposit. The manager is a joke. If you have an emergency or an incident happen on their property, they will not only treat it as nonchalant as possible. Such a joke!

nothing, the place is horrible

the odor of the place, the dirty, I had to buy a glade to reduce the horrible odors in the room, the place smell to a cigarette and the type of people in the neighborhood is not good. Also the coach is the worst.

The room was smelly and not super clean, there was a lot of extra security which made us nervous, the pictures online looked a lot nicer than the actual facilities and rooms, the neighborhood seemed sketchy

the place was dirty, stairways & halls .no drain stopper in bathroom sink, shower leaking from control valve, caulking around bathtub peeling off& black with mold . entry door; gap at bottom of door huge 1/2" to 1" , light from hallway & noise. door jamb on toilet & shower room broken . breakfast room poor no tea ,no fruit ,poor attitude with attendant, English muffin stale . room # 233
