convenient location for downtown events at keybank center and sahlens field

you have to pay extra to park in the ramp for the hotel. Could not figure out how to turn the light off behind the bed. hit every switch i could find.

Dirty, soiled mattress and overly priced

Location and parking

First front desk receptionist was rude then changed her tune once she realized she spelled my name wrong for the reservation. The sofa mattress was disgusting and soiled spots all over! I couldn’t even allow my son to sleep on it. There needed to be another cleaning round and attention to detail for the cost of 900+ for this stay.

A very nice hotel.

It's location next to a venue. Very nice place to rest. Nice security features.

Breakfast was skipped, since $60 + tax + tip seemed high after $305 + parking.

Very nice.

Clean, modern, comfy rooms, great bedding.

No drinking water in the rooms. Inconvenient when checking in late.

Close to arena & had walk way directly to KeyBank Center. Took my teenage daughter so I loved this. Plus hotel room floors couldn't b accessed in elevator w/out ur room key. Extra layer of protection.

Shower was a disappointment & hair soap/conditioner smelled so bad. Thankful I took my own. Room took a very long time to cool down. Temps outside near 100°.No microwave a bit inconvenient & fridge didn't get cold enough 4 for & can't adjust temp urself.

Concert trip

The location was very convenient for the event center next door. Really liked the park across the road with the military ships and stuff.

No pool. Surprised that a hotel of this stature didn't have a pool.

The restaurant servers need more training. They mess up the food we order in two different days. And we sat at a table for 15 to 20 mins and nobody came to us to Order drinks and food.

Not a big deal, but the lobby is on the 7th floor. So every time we leave or head to the room, we need to take two elevators.

Room was nice and clean and the staff was very nice

Found it strange that there were no trash bags in the garbage cans i I felt bad putting things in them. I mentioned at checkout that the TV remote might have something wrong with it not really a big deal.

the stuff in reception were rude, and housekeeping not come to clean my room for couple days, and breakfast was poor, and there was much noise from other rooms, and they got money from my visa without permission and when I need to understand why they said it’s system we are sorry. I’m really chock I’m in Marriott hotel 😬
