Great stay

clean room, breakfast was decent, staff was friendly, pool was great.

Place needs new management

Modern looking

Rooms not clean like they should be . Rugs dirty. Bed made me itchy. Desk staff on arrival and departure was not friendly. Low quality coffee and breakfast . No hand soap in. Rooms . $100 security deposit on top of room price. No cash policy .

Comfortable but sadly noisy

Included breakfast was great - nice selection. Coffee available 24/7 was also great. Nice to be away from the traffic noise at the back of the hotel. Shame about the neighbours! Night staff were great at check in and helped find a good pizza restaurant that was still open late.

Noisy neighbours on both sides, snoring mostly. Noisy fridge. Every 15 mins, it would make a noise. Towels not changed

Charming

Great ambience throughout the facilities. The room was cleverly designed to really optimize the small space, including a charming window seat. Everything looked brand new.

The room was quite small for the price. Breakfast was very very light with few options. For what they charge, they could invest more in the breakfast offering. The coffee cups were very small. I expect more for this price.

Definitely just a stop over on our little road trip around New England. Least favorite place we stay

Hotel and location defiantly felt low end. We’ve never been to the area, and we expected it to be nice. But the hotel felt like a budget hotel with a high price

Very nice little hotel in great location

great location, nice and close to all things Sebago.

provide ONE healthy breakfast option. like organic oatmeal, not costly to make but appreciated. All free items are just so bad for you and there was no option but to leave hotel to eat something wholesome.

Location was good

The location was great.

I wasn’t very impressed that my room was $368 for 2 nights & the suite a friend got there suite for $380 for 2 nights.

Breakfast was arranged very well. Able to find every thing. Very clean.

Great stay for visiting relatives

The room was nice and spacious. We didn't use any of the facilities, but it is nice that there is a gym and pool. Breakfast offered more than we expected.

As Europeans we were horrified by the amount of plastic waste generated from having a bagel with cream cheese!

Very nice get away!

Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff!

The pool was closed for maintenance the entire time we were there, which was a bummer! We love the pool here and being able to swim during the winter. I wish that they’d change up the continental breakfast a little and offer eggs, bacon, sausage, or some type of breakfast sandwich. Maybe Buffett style? Lastly, the water in the shower didn’t get very hot for some reason.

Convenient Location and Great Staff.

Wish they had more hot options but was happy they at least had hard boiled eggs for good protein. Nice continental breakfast overall. Great staff, pleasant upon check-in/out and each time we entered/left.

Nothing really we enjoyed our stay - you always hope for a warm breakfast but the continental breakfast was good.
