Don’t stay in winter months

The staff was amazing, we had an issue with air conditioning unit leaking into room but they fixed it quickly

The fact it was winter and there was cold air blowing into our room from air conditioning unit, we first went into room and everything was cold, we had to put the heat up to the highest it would go I think it was 85 and we didn’t even get up to that temp highest it would go was 68 , the heating unit is located on the ceiling while the air conditioning unit is on the floor so yeah not much help with heat. When you went outside there was more yellow snow instead of white due to everyone just peeing outside there rooms, you had people outside at all hours just having conversations like no one else is sleeping so why dose it matter. The lady when we checked in was great the one checking out not so much, we gave them a list of things that was wrong when we checkout early, man reason for leaving earlier it was supposed to get colder we already thought of barricading in the bathroom the night before for heat. Bottom line I wouldn’t stay here in colder months not sure how it is in summer

I really liked the bed even tho it's pretty firm. I was not desturbed at all by anyone outside our room. I loved the location! Plenty of things nearby to do.

The parking lot/ driveway could be alittle better. Repave in some spots and lines need repainted. Also it snowed and whenever we left they never got it plowed. The TV wasn't the best.

Met expectations with all we needed for a quick place to crash overnight.

Good coffee in the lobby. Lovely staff. Very clean. I always appreciate a room that has a mirror outside the bathroom! (More rare than you'd think!)

There was no hair dryer, and more towels would have been nice for three people.

VERY UNORGANIZED AC UNIT DIDNT WORK ALL DAY AND NIGHT AND WE FINALLY GOT ANOTHER ROOM AT MIDNIGHT

Great family trip to celebrate my daughter's graduation from WVU!

The front desk clerk Linda was awesome! Very personable and funny! Quick to help in any way. So great! We actually left something behind when we checked out... something VERY expensive. We were so worried it was gone forever however we called to check. The night clerk said he'd recheck our room and call us back. He found it & put it in the safe for us! His name was Hunter and we were just so blown away by his friendly manner and helpfulness! We appreciate your honesty and awesome employees! Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

A good end to a long drive down from New Jersey.

The staff was ver very friendly and helpful. We were made very welcome. The free coffee was great. The parking was great - we could see our car from our window. The hotel is very near to a small shopping mall, so it was easy to go out and get food. The ATM in the lobby was very convenient.

The fridge in our room made a whining noise. Not very unpleasant, but not very pleasant either.

Put us in a room beside a crew of foreign workers who sat outside in their truck beds playing loud music shouting I could also smell dope being smoked. The lady in reception told me my u s a passport wasn't a acceptable form of identity and argued with me over it

This was a pretty easy in and out for a one night stay.

Convenient location for our travels. It was very affordable. The bed was comfortable.

The room furniture was worn and some pieces needed replacing. There was a spider in the shower but we flushed it.

Nothing to recommend.

It was even lower quality than anticipated. Had to ask for bath towels. Strange odor for a non smoking room and no hot water for my morning shower. Only wanted hot water not coffee from the coffee bar and even that wasn't hot.

Always a good choice.

We usually choose Red Roof as over the years the rooms, amenities and properties have been upgraded. A great budget friendly hotel.

The pillows...I need to learn to bring my own, regardless of the hotel.
