Did not have the breakfast. the location was great.
We arrived on Thursday April 7th. We left a day early Monday April 10th. We were assigned to room 2209. The room was dirty. It was dusty, and it smelled sour. The refrigerator had food in it . The bathroom smelled and it was dirty. Mirrors you could not see yourself. We called the front desk with our concerns. We were told housekeeping had left for the day. Customer service person suggested we throw the food away. I could not believe her response. We asked to be assigned to a different room at were assigned next door to room 2208. It was not good. here we go again spots on the carpet, bed lien dirty, bathroom toilet seat loose, iron and ironing board not able to use ,dirty and burned, wash clothes and towels dingy, cooking pots and pans not cleaned, cutting board horrible, no forks. Walls were dirty. Called front desk we were told there is a laundry on site nothing they could do again house keeping gone for today. At this point were are furious .No more rooms were available for us to move to. We Called the Hampton Inn That was near no rooms were available. So we went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies, and wash clothes, and bed lien. We ate out everyday because could not prepare food to eat with horrible pots and pans that are dirty crumbs all in the drawers were pots and pans were kept no forks.
Our stay was horrible I would not recommend staying there. And to top it all off the Elevator Code Was Not Up To Date.

I like the room and cleanliness of th whole place overall
I just didn't like that there were no extra linens and towels (we shower 2x day) its annoying to keep asking for it

The public areas were clean and well-kept. Although there were areas of renovation, they kept it relatively clean
I booked an Executive King Suite and got a full/Queen instead without explanation. The pull-out sofa still had a plastic covering and no sheets. I was told to stop by the desk to pick up what I need. However, the plastic covering proves to be very difficult to sleep on. Also, the bathroom toilet was leaking. So, not getting what I booked, the missing amenities, and having to chase down what I needed made the overall experience not very pleasant.

The location of the property was in a quiet area with food options at a short distance away.
The kitchen goods were not fully stocked with only one wine glass. Sadly, the dishes weren’t clean with hair and food on them with a semi filled trash can under the sink. Also the bathroom light flickered the whole time in use and rapidly when using the shower.

Not enough availability of luggage carts

Spacious. Great location. Bed comfy.
Place was not clean. Crumbs all over the countertop. Desk staff had to come upstairs and vacuum. Hairs on the bed. Trash over flowing out of can outside. Marijuana smell in the hallway.

Loved the size
Bed was so uncomfortable
