It was nice when we got a cabin like we were told we were getting when we booked the place
30 dollar resort fee for a hotel room that was 2 feet away from 4 other rooms we couldn’t control the heat so with the heat and altitude my nice threw up once so we kept the windows open and we were told the room reeked and to not leave it like that when we never did anything wrong there’s no staff at 4 in the morning when a baby is sleeping

Location. Self check in, spacious enough. Great size for families. Good communication before check in with all available info, and ready before suggested time, quiet and close to the pool, for summer stays.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, when I turned the coffee pot on the ac, tv, and coffee pot all turned off, the circuit braker was locked and we couldn’t turned the electronics back on. The toilet’s chain in the tank was broken and we had to manually pull it to flush it. The bed sheets had small spider or dust mites it felt like small critters crawling while laying down. The kitchen drawers are loose and almost fell on my feet every time I opened them. The oven had no baking rack.

I thought what I got for the price was great. I loved the look of the units and how they are all separate. The location is good - not far from Big Bear Lake and the Village. There’s a mini-market/liquor store almost across the street, so I was able to get ingredients to make my own meals. The kitchen was very handy. The staff person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom, particularly the shower, was very tiny in the room I stayed in. Some towel rods would be helpful to have in the bathroom.

Very comfortable spacious cabin, with a true cabin feel! Conveniently located and welcoming kind staff. It had a glamping feel to us, which is what we were looking for on a budget during busy season! We will be back!
The property is on a busy road as listed and renters should be understanding to the highway noises, unless you go on the water or less conveniently located, it did not effect our stay.

So peaceful and clean we arrived early and they were perfectly fine with letting us check in.

Beautiful day 🌻
No water in the pool 😭

The mattress could be better and the options to push the twin beds together so couples don't have to sleep apart.
The hard mattress, I felt the springs.

It was right across the street from the Aztecs Grill which we love.
No working pool or hot tubs. None of the hot tubs worked. The place is just a total mess as if a tornado went through. They had stuff everywhere and random weird spots that a customer should never see. They are definitely not keeping up with the place at all even the paint is all falling off. We booked to stay here because of the pool for exercise and it’s empty and there’s no way of knowing until you get there. Then we had a hot tub room and that wasn’t working either so big huge bummer. We won’t be staying there again anytime soon the place seriously looks like it’s in a ghetto.

We stayed in room 7 for my birthday it was super comfortable and clean. Had basic essentials so we didn’t have to bring much which I super appreciate. The owner is amazing and super friendly will definitely be coming back whenever we visit big bear again, the area is super family oriented has a big play set for kids and a huge parking area to skate an have fun. My stay was so phenomenal we booked for a second night
There was nothing I didn’t like about it

very cute cabin, my kids enjoyed as well, very accessible to most of the destinations. very quite too.
a very typical place and cabin that you want to bring your family, a safe place to stay.

Kitchen area although on the picture, it looked like there was a bigger Refrigerator Which would have been nice. Could’ve used a few more utensils and so forth, only two forks, teaspoons available.
Beds were horrendous. Went and talked to the front staff and she was kind and brought us some foam toppers for the beds which made it bearable.

I liked the balcony, but when I asked about the outside Christmas lights I wanted on like the other cabins. I was told they unplugged them because other visitors didn't like then. It didn't matter that we wanted them on. 😢
No pool...even though it was summer in July and over 100 degrees and advertised. No restaurant like advertised. No hair dryer...as advertised. Shower curtain was disgusting I had to stand and run water to shower, wasn't able to shower for fear of the disgusting curtain touching me.
