Front desk was super nice, and facility was clean.
The shower pressure was horrible, it took close to 20 min to wash my hair. It was hard to wash the lower part of your body with little water pressure. Had to get a cup and fill with water just to wash amd rinse.

Front desk and eatery staff were great.
My suite is great but it would have been much better if there was a small "dining table" where one can consume snacks and light foods (unlike the nearby Irvine Embassy Suites).

Everything, I had to leave the hotel I had initially booked because it was a nightmare and the Hilton made me feel so much better as soon as I checked in.

How they tried to double charge me after i had talked to bookings and hilton that i had cancelled one room ahead of time yet they tried to make me pay both rooms !

The shower head did not flow properly in our room. It was a straight stream and very difficult to adjust it if only it was adjustable.

the bed is very uncomfortable. it was making noise all through the night. pillows are very uncomfortable. they don't come and clean the room unless we ask them to which is ridiculous.

On the first morning waking up in the hotel there was raw sewage pouring over the top of my toilet onto the floor in the bath room. I called down to reception, who weren’t surprise by the situation and said they were waiting for maintenance at 8am. Given the sewage I wasn’t able to access the bathroom and would need to make my way to reception and collect towels to soak up the raw sewage myself. I explained again I couldn’t access my bathroom, I couldn’t get down to reception given I needed to use the bathroom. I was then told to use my towels in my bathroom to mop up the sewage and they would sort it out later!!!
I mopped up raw sewage with my hotel towels!!!! And had to use the shower to pee in!!!! then and only then could I start to get ready for my day at work. I had no sanitary sprays to clean the floor.
When I arrived back late that evening I had to ask reception if the mess was cleaned up, the receptionist replied they didn’t know and I should go check. Luckily it had been cleaned and didn’t happen again. But the above was enough to put me off staying there ever again. – At no point did I receive an apology

the room seemed a little outdated with decor.

The property itself is great good amenities and decently clean. This is my second stay here and there was less drunk people wondering around this time.
The front desk was super unprofessional and did not want to help with some payment issues I had they basically left it to where they thought I didn’t have the funds to stay there and it was actually and issue with my card once they saw this they switched modes and proceeded to not help me anymore and literally told booking agents and corporate Hilton associates to not call anymore and I was left with no choice then to pay for the room twice for 2 nights which was dreadful since I was on limited funds in my stay. Again front staff just did not want to help it’s quite sad to be honest definitely my last stay here and my last booking on booking.com.

We weren't able to check in until 4 PM despite that the policy says the check-in time is 3 PM. We had to wait in the lobby because they hadn't finished their cleanup according to them.
We had a long day getting there, then the plan for the rest of the day was altered because of it. We expressed dissatisfaction with the solution, although the staff said there was nothing they could do besides offering two snacks.
I find it frustrating how hotels would charge for early check-in if you arrived early, but offers no compensation for delayed check-in caused by their own issue.
I've never received such a solution for delayed check-ins, and I certainly wish this hotel could provide a better customer experience in the future.
