You get what you pay for…kinda

It was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Very outdated. Needs new carpet and remodeling to the whole hotel. The location was very sketchy.

Give me my refund !

This is a non-refundable hotel chain. I cancelled my reservation within minutes of booking only to find that they a non-refundable cancellation policy. The hotel/motel is not in tip top shape. There are sketchy ppl who like to stay/live on the property. The hotel manager is super sketchy. Word of advice, I would check the location out before paying in advance. I would rather sleep in my car. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received a refund. I paid for 3 nights, I just want my money. And Booking.com is no help ! I will never do business with them again. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted, I guess consumer rights aren’t applicable here.

It was a disgusting establishment A homeless encampment would have been more inviting

Nothing. I was cursed at by the owner and currently have a case filed with corporate .

The ceiling collapsed in one of our rooms leading to a flood. The rooms smelled and were old. The staff was rude and the police were at the hotel on the first nigh. They don't have housekeeping just a guy they let live there who tries his best.

two night 300$ was way to much

Location was good because it was close to my family’s house

AC didn’t work bed was small only one adult can sleep in owner/manager knocked on door way before check out it was not even 10:30am and check out is at 11am ice was on one floor soda on another there was not sign to point u in the right direction

besides everything I was comfortable with my stay and would definitely return

breakfast was my favorite pretty darn good couldn’t complain, bed was comfortable

the fridge wasn’t cleaned and rug was dirty with stains no free water at all and vending machine ran out of water

nice hotel was with price

gym in hotel was a nice addition, and having the washer and dryer at the end of the hall made doing laundry easy and safe feeling

the fridge didn’t really keep anything cold, and the shower was either really hot or really cold

Location was exactly what we needed, breakfast was ok. Only issue I had was Saturday afternoon there was not hot water. All in all though not a bad stay.

Did get woken up multiple days by house keeping wanting to come in. We had no Do Not diturb sign in our room.

ok for a construction crew, but not great accommodations for family trip to Busch Gardens.

the ladies working at the time of check in were friendly and pleasant to talk to.

Poor housekeeping and maintenance. crumbs in the closet area, and what looked like cat poop inside the vents on the A/C unit. The bathroom light was on a motion sensor out of range of the the toilet and shower. We had to do everything with cellphone flashlights. A strip club next door makes for a loud Saturday night/Sunday morning.
