good location, close to restaurant, good bar/restuarant.
While it has all those good features, its not a $700/night hotel. Net Net, Its a 400-500$/night hotel

3.0
great facility with clean room, great shower and over excellent stay except for some odd electronic beep near the window that when on all night long. I could not place it or confirm the source. I was getting up very early for a flight so I just dealt with it. otherwise i would have requested another room.
odd electronic beep near the window that when on all night long. I could not place it or confirm the source.

location, style, hot tub
lobby bar had poor service, waited almost an hour for 2 drinks
5.0
The ambiance, furnishings, decor, everything about the way it felt. Happy Hour & dinner really fun & delicious. The roof top jacuzzi, Xmas trees, igloo & fire pits were amazing / jacuzzi temperature was just right, made my day!
breakfast was ok, potatoes & coffee was good, but the Biscuits & gravy, Eggs Benedict not great
3.5
Great location with easy walk to restaurants and shops. Good bar and gym. Rooftop patio and hot tub was nice.
We had 3 rooms and checked out on a quiet Sunday off-season and they couldn't manage to give us one room past noon.
5.0
quiet, great location, superb bartender Henry
1.5
The location was good.
Too expensive! Definitely not worth the money. $598 for 1 night, rooms were basic, nothing special you wouldn't find at cheap hotel. The hot tub was shut down for maintenance and that was one of the main reasons we stayed
4.5
Everything about the hotel was just beautiful! Loved the decor of the lobby and common spaces. Our room was super as well.
Staff was good for the most part . Some were more helpful than others. I think they were very busy on Sunday and could have used another person during certain hours. The bartender didn’t notice us sitting at the bar and continued talking to another employee without acknowledging us for a bit. A simple nod to let us know they saw us would have been sufficient.

beautiful property great location
loud … SOOO loud… paper thin walls and could here literally everything that was happening in the other room. couldn’t sleep at all because of this and felt very uncomfortable knowing that others could probably hear what was happening in our room too! creepy! this has happened both times we have stayed at this property so not just one room or floors issue.
2.0
good location and nice staff. hadto call multiple times. jammed window, clogged toilet, ni chair in rm, no fan ir broken fan in bathroom. broken coffeemaker si no coffee. all for an amazing $350

Excellent location, ultra friendly staff, and great rooms. The bar is a great place to hang out and loved the live music on the weekend. Location is perfect as you can walk to all the shops, bars, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

different chairs in the room. The one there weren't the most comfortable to chill in
3.5
The location of the Firebrand was excellent in relation to downtown Whitefish.
The rooms were not soundproof at all. Most noise from rooms on either side could be heard as well as the room above. They did not serve any breakfast and the muffins were at least 3-4 days old.
4.0
The location was perfect. It was very easy to walk to the downtown area, quick drive to Glacier National Park. The hotel was very nice. The bed and linens were wonderful and we slept quite well. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
There was nowhere to sit other than the bed and one small desk chairs. It would have been helpful to have a couple chairs. The location and french doors with a gap in the middle did not give much privacy in the bathroom. The shower did not have anything to hold onto to balance yourself. No towel racks near the sink. The most strange and inconvenient thing was that you had to turn on the room lights to be able to turn the bathroom light on, thus waking up your roommate in the middle of the night or showering in the dark if you are an early riser.
2.5
Location, facilities, staff, and design.
Floors and walls are paper thin. Don’t stay if you don’t have a white noise machine.

there was a dirty washcloth left on the floor of the bathroom and a pair of shoes were left in the closet. clearly the housekeeping staff was not on top of things.
