Bad experience

I reserved the room ahead of time and upon arrival staff wouldn't allow me to check in.

I wasn't able to check in and had to search for a different location to stay.

I would recommend it for at least a week!

It had so much shelves and a kitchenette in it. I loved it alot just a little small. Staff was so nice! The view was the best part!!!

It was a little smaller then I expected. But overall still nice. You had to get your own pots and pans to cook with. Also had to buy your own tissue.

I had the most horrible experience. And I still waiting for return money! Very rude guys. They take money, but didn’t check in! instead of apologizing they refused next day to check in for whole trip.

Worked out well, considering that the previous choice was over 15 miles away from where we wanted.

The location had a perfect view of the skyline of downtown Atlanta. The hotel was conveniently located next to numerous food places. The activities that we pursued were very close to the hotel itself.

The room needed a remodel and may have been on the list.

Bugs and Black Mold

Nothing about the property was very appealing except the free parking.

The room was very outdated and furniture was falling apart. the kitchen sink drained into the cabnet underneath and I'm not sure where the water went from there. It must have gone down the inside of the wall. There was black mold inside the cabnet as well. I informed the night attendant who just said "ok" and never had the problem addressed. There were also cockroaches and bed bugs in the room. I woke up one night with bugs crawling on me. I actually left the property two days earlier than I was scheduled. The property refuses to give any type of refund. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel in my life. I will definitely not be back there or to any other of the chains properties.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel

Absolutely nothing!!!!

Absolutely awful. I booked 9 nights and stayed only one!!! As soon as I walked into my room Roaches!!! Damage to the walls and floor. Electric outlet hanging out of the wall. Have tried to get a refund but they don’t answer there phone and there is to customer service only a website to fill out That they have not responded back to me. I cannot tell you how bad this experience was. I have plenty of pictures if anyone wants to see those as well. Everything you see in the photos like the soap and trash in the trashcan was already in the room when I came in

they stole my money and kicked me out because I complained about the bed sheets having urine on them

No extra towels Took forever to get extra bedsheets- had to call multiple times No soap or shampoo Couldn’t check in when we arrived No utensils or anything in the kitchen You get what you pay for but these things are bare minimum

Appreciated stay

I felt at home during my two week stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming to me. I peacefully enjoyed my stay. I appreciate Larry and Marcus for helping me through my stay.

I would suggest the cleaning staff be bigger and more thorough but honestly the property in total just needs to be fully renovated. The overall property was very clean though.
