It was nice.

I liked the location and the size of the room.

The breakfast was horrible. Oatmeal wasn’t cooked, you know half of it was leftover from the day before. Really bad and that’s something I look forward to when staying at a hotel.

Superb

Cleanliness of facilities.

Breakfast was unreliable at times. Sometimes there was food out and other times nothing was available during breakfast time.

The stay itself was great. Dealing with the billing is horrible! I won’t stay there again.

The room was great. The breakfast and coffee were very good. Personnel there were friendly and efficient.

The charging on my credit card was confusing. On July 6 was a charge for $50 and $350.95. On July 8 there were also charges of $300.95 and $350.95. I called July 10 and had to leave a message. I did not get a call back. The next day I called again. No one was available again, so I left another message to have someone call me back. Again, no one returned my call. I finally called the Hilton rewards number, and they were able to connect me with someone at the Hampton in Fond du Lac, WI. I was curtly told the other charges will drop off. A couple have, but the $300.95 is still pending on my American Express card, even though American Express paid them the $350.95 a few days ago.

Nice hotel completely spoiled by the appearance and attitude of the staff

Not too much. The staff were the main problem, most seemed to have no interest in the job apart from the breakfast lady, who was nice.

The general condition of housekeeping. The lobby gents toilet, with overflowing bins, no toilet paper (over many hours ) guest laundry inoperable overall very disappointing

Excellent place to stay while in Fond-du-lac.

Very clean and inviting. Breakfast was good.

Traffic noise all night. Take earplugs, ask for a room in the back of the hotel. Staff was nice but could be friendlier.

The hotel is clean and so are the rooms, which are quite spacious. The personnel was very kind and helpful.

Location, clean, friendly, great breakfast, comfortable rooms.

The pool was closed for repair - apparently it has been for months!!! That would have been nice to know. Cheaper hotels in area with opened pools.

Very good, everyone was very please.

Breakfast was fine although short on supplies. Pool was closed for rep[air so that was a downer. staff was great, rooms were very comfortable

breakfast was great! location was good and will be even better when construction is over.

when I moved the ottomans there was stuff on the floor that had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I also find it disconcerting to walk in and see no one at the deck.

Superb

This is my 2nd stay here and it's been great. Buffalo wild wings right next door, just down the street is Dunkin and pick&save, getting delivery to your mom isn't a hassle

Some of the rooms might need a bit updated, but they aren't bad by any means.

Exactly what we needed!

The location was near the hockey rink! There was a comfortable, well-appointed breakfast area I used late at night for gear repair.

Would stay here again.

Hotel was very clean. Price was fair for the area. Had a free continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Within driving distance to several restaurants, shops, etc.

Pool was shut down due to maintenance. The entire road in front of the hotel was completely tore out (not the hotels fault but still a pain in the rear). Maids didn't clean our room and bring towels after the first night. Wish there was more restaurants in walking distance.

got to location, traveling with kids, looking forward to using pool at hotel. The pool is Still under repair. It was FOUR months ago when we booked here, same thing ,pool closed. When you travel with children, the pool is important. We were Again DISAPPOINTED with this hotel. Won't make that mistake again. Rose Steinke

Overall nice hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Room was furnished well.

Returned late from our event and key card wouldn’t work to let us in or the other group coming back. Had to wait a while for an employee to respond.

It was a very nice and clean facility.

Breakfast was too generic and low quality! If a person pays 200$ a night I expect a high quality breakfast!
