About this apartment rental

Completely renovated. Three minutes walk to the best beach in the city (the Malvarrosa) with its promenade and all kinds of the best restaurants on the beachfront with terraces for sunbathing, or dine under the moonlight, while taking a appetizer or the typical rice dishes or the classic Paella Valenciana. Supermarkets, shops, bars with lots of atmosphere. It is a fourth height, does not have an elevator, the steps are short and easy to climb.
Very well connected with the Historic Center of the City It has a bus stop at the foot of the street that communicates with any point of the City. Near the marina. Next to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanographic. Possibility of traveling by bicycle (Valenbici) to walk around the city. The apartment is newly renovated. The 2 beds of 90 cm.(one under the other) are in the living room separated by decorative shelving that establishes 2 environments. It is a fourth height without elevator, short steps, easy to climb.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Place, and it was an absolute delight. The location was ideal, nestled in a peaceful corner of Valencia, providing a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within easy reach of all the city's attractions. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles was man so braucht war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. - sehr freundlicher Vermieter - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (zum Beispiel der Supermarkt Mercadona und mehrere kleine, preiswerte Obst- und Gemüseläden) - Strand in der Nähe (ca. 5min Fußweg) mit sauberem Sandstrand; Wasser ist flach und klar - gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet

Great little Apartment for a stay at the beach.

We stayed in this apartment for 14 days and we loved it. You get your exercise climbing the stairs to this apartment that has everything you need for a beach stay. The grocery store is right across the street and the beach is 3 blocks. There is a bus stop into the city around the corner too. We will stay here again. I

J'ai pu passer les vacances chez Enrique, un hote qui répond à toutes nos questions et qui a vraiment fait en sorte que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Je suis parti avec ma copine et nous étions très content car le RBNB était super propre et nous avions plein d'activités/ restaurants à proximité. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir ou à le conseiller à mes amis ! De plus les personnes avec qui nous étions afin de réceptionner les clés sont également très gentilles et n'hésitent pas à aider si vous avez un peu de mal à trouver l'adresse bien que cela n'a pas été très difficile.

The Apartment was very nice and clean. I stayed 1 1/2 weeks and I felt like home. The host enrique is very kind and helpful. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and to the city center only 30 minutes in bus. Perfect location if you want to relax and visit the city. I would always come back.

Cumplió con todo lo que esperábamos y más porque el apartamento muy moderno ordenado súper limpio no faltaba de nada. La playa en 5 minutos parada de bus para ir al centro en 30 minutos o menos ya depende del tráfico, parada de taxi al lado bares supermercados todo al lado y la atenta atenta atención que recibimos toda mi familia un gran anfitrión de 10. Sin duda volveremos.

Very nice place and newly renovated. Location is excellent with bus stop right at corner. Metro is only 10 minutes walk away. Very convenient for grocery shopping as the supermarket is just across the street. The place is clean and communication with owner and the helper is great. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. We enjoy our stay very much!

El apartamento esta a unas dos calles de la playa. La escogí por la proximidad esa y a la universidad UPV. El apartamento esta limpio y con todo lo que necesitas. Quizás para alguien que no pueda bien moverse la cuarta planta sin ascensor será un poco complicado pero el piso es muy bonito.

We stayed for a week here at the end of October with our 10 year old son. The property is situated in a residential area just 2 streets away from the beach and about a 10 minute walk away from the harbour and the tram stop (bus stops are even closer with the route 19 going straight to the centre of the city). It is surrounded by small shops and a supermarket so everything is on the door step. The apartment was beautifully furnished - very modern with lots of decorative touches. It was very well equipped with everything needed including toiletries, a good range of cooking equipment (even oil, salt, sugar etc) and water in the fridge. Everything was immaculately clean and smart. The beds were very comfortable and our son was happy in his semi private area in the lounge. We were met at the stated time and given an explanation of how things worked. We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would happily return to it. We would highly recommend staying in this property. Thank you Enrique!

Beautiful and clean apartment with all necessary utilities: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, two large and cozy rooms, balcony. At the exit of the building is a Mercadona shop (and plenty of neighborhood shops, restaurants), 10 meters from a bus stop, and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Enrique and Alina are great hosts!

Great place!

Enrique is very gracious and accommodating, even waiting for me when my plane was much later than expected. His place is lovely, clean, had everything I needed, and I felt very comfortable and at home. I loved being a few minutes walk from the beach, having a supermarket right across the street, as well as a bus stop and taxis on the corner that took me right into the center. I really enjoyed my stay, and would rent here again. Thank you, Enrique!
