Excelente ubicación, volvería

Ubicado muy cerca de Sawgrass Mall, se puede ir caminando, además la ubicación es muy tranquilo, lugar silencioso para descansar, son súper amables y tienen muy buena comunicación

Tentative de fraude par l'établissement

Personnel parlant espagnol, mais ceci devient un énorme enjeu.

Dans le contexte où nous avons subi une tentative de fraude par cet établissement (deux tentatives de paiement quelques jours avant notre arrivée alors qu'il avait été prélevé un mois plus tôt, que j'ai fait la démarche auprès de Booking pour démontrer ceci et que je suis entrée en contact avec l'établissement à deux reprises pour les aviser de la chose), nous ne nous sommes pas présenté. Craignant des représailles par l'établissement et un séjour désagréable, nous avons choisi de simplement laisser aller sans nous présenter. Nous n'avons pas annulé considérant que nous avions déjà payé entièrement notre séjour et que des frais de 172$ US seraient prélevés. Lors d'un appel à cet établissement, nous étions tenus de leur parler en espagnol, j'ai dû demander de l'aide à cet effet, un autre responsable de l'établissement a pris le relais en anglais pour finalement se dire unilingue espagnol. Je ne recommande d'aucune façon cet établissement aux façons douteuses.

This is the best place to stay if you want to go to the Sawgrass Mill Outlets or the Amerant Bank Arena

The host was super kind and communicative. The room was clean and had all we needed. The bed is more comfortable than many pricey hotels we have stayed before. All accessed are code based so you don’t have to worry about keeping a key or return it at the checkout.

I couldn’t find an A/C control but we didn’t ask if there was any way to manage it though. The temperature was ok but may not be for other people.

It was better than sleeping under a bridge

The toilet didn’t flush correctly I believe there was no soap like Barry, sober of our soap

The advertisement of Priceline doesn’t say that it’s somebody’s house that they run out the rooms so I would never ever go there again

Ótimo para compras no Sawgrass

Ótima localização muito próximo do Sawgrass. Ótimo atendimento dos proprietários. Ducha forte. Com frigobar. Agua de cortesia.

Cama desconfortável muito mole. Como o Ar condicionado é central não tem como fazer a climatização individual.

Sawgrass! My review, thanks again y'all!!

The staff was great! the stay was great! everything was hey okay 100%! My ph was stolen after my stay! Again! The Pic is of real close bfast place! They also deliver here! Thnx again!

What's not to like!? The only problem was, microwave and coffee maker were dirty when I got there. But, they gave me a new coffee maker! And I cleaned the microwave the best I could. They offered to help, but I said I'll do it myself. So, I really don't have anything bad to say at all! I did it I did give them a couple of pointers for suggestions on making the pictures of the rooms match the pictures they were giving. Plus a couple other suggestions. And they seem like they're going to use those also. All in all is a great place to stay and great people!

The room was very clean and the distance to the arena was so close, we walked it maybe in 5mins. The patio off our room was a great place to sit out and enjoy a few drinks before the game. The host was very friendly. The room included a coffee machine and coffee as well as a mini fridge. I would recommend this room to anyone who is looking for a place close to the arena for sure.

Good place to stay for a visit to Sawgrass Mall.

Location great for quick access to shopping at Sawgrass or a Florida Panther’s game.

Air conditioning made a lot of noise. We were able to open the windows and turn it off. Bathroom shower appeared to be in need of repair with large piece of construction material under it.

AMAZING.

The location was perfect / a close commute to work and Ali was very welcoming and attentive to every need throughout my stay. The property was clean and water fresh towels and toiletries were provided. Incredibly professional check in and out process. Would definitely stay again!!

The stay exceed my expectations and I would recommend to any family and friends in need of a cozy clean and comfortable place to stay.

when I arrived, I found out it was a residential property NOT A HOTEL, which is what I booked. it was an AIRBNB which I would of never booked. Their was another couple there that was just as mad as I was to find out we would be staying at a house with people I didn’t know. needless to say I, I found a hotel room close by the Arena.

Really close to Sawgrass Mall. Just right in front of it. It’s a house in a really nice condo that rents its rooms. It’s really safe. It has security codes everywhere.

Great location for an event at FLA Live Arena, was able to walk to the arena easily. Nice neighborhood, comfortable room. Host is easily contactable and quick to respond. Each room has its own keypad with code for entry and very clean.
