Aceptable por el precio y ubicación.

Bueno, pero es un abuso que para los omeletes cobren extra por el tocino, jamón y otros.

Falta decorar la habitación con una pintura. El agua de la regadera sin presión y tarda en calentarse. Falta una cafetera. Aceptable por el precio y ubicación.

Great location but room wasn’t very comfy

Great location. Friendly staff. Our cruise ship was late to dock and they allowed us to store our luggage and hang around the courtyard and bar area all day.

The pictures make the rooms look way bigger and fancier than they are. The bathroom was tiny. Our bed was uncomfortable and our room was hot.

The location is great.

Elevator was smelly. Called front desk to have sheets and blanket brought up for pull out couch. Was delivered one flat sheet and a cover that had stains.

receptionist extremely rude would not stay again

the free complementary bikes and the room was very spacious clean and modern. the restaurant staff were great polite and attentive. the location was absolutely amazing

the receptionist was rude and unhelpful when we arrived and we was left for a very long time before we was greeted. she was very abrupt and we felt unwelcome we only stayed for one night and paid a lot of money there was no pool area or coffee facilities in the room

Ideal location in South Beach with great staff, but loud on the Ocean Drive side of hotel from restaurant music.

Perfect location on South Beach. Directly across Ocean Drive from Lummus Park and in the Art Deco district. Easy walk to Lincoln Road Mall. Rooms were new tile and beds and bathrooms. The front desk staff were fantastic and moved my room upon request. Sebastian at the front desk was very knowledgeable and efficient and helped with questions perfectly.

House music from the restaurant was annoying on the second floor rooms on the Ocean Drive side of hotel, as was the dinging of the elevator. I recommend rooms on the back side (west, toward Collins Ave).

It was OK, the location was pretty good

Good location in the Art Deco district, lots of Cuban and latinos that made the stay very pleasant

There are lights in a courtyard just below our room that were flashing all night, it was my first night after a long flight from Sydney via LAX and it kept me awake, had to sleep with my head under the covers

Location. Hotel nice and clean and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds

Booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. Only got free breakfast for adults and not child. Had to pay for the child. Wasn't told on booking which was annoying. Got free bikes but again for adults only. Our little boy was disappointed as he was looking forward to riding a bike on the front. Asked for a quiet room and was given one at the front which was noisy. Got 4 choices for breakfast only.

the temperature was not working well. We mentioned it to the front desk 2x and they did not change our room. We decided to leave early and find another Hotel.

Superb

Second time we have stayed here, perfect location, great little perks too, use of bikes and beach chairs/towels included in your stay. Large clean an all white crisp rooms, feels very cool and airy.

Hard to say anything negative anout the place. we thought it was great.

If we went back, we wouldn’t sludge on an ocean view room. there is no balcony and you’re really just looking at the str

The room had zero personality- all white walls, floors, bedding, with not a single piece of artwork or contrast. It felt like a hospital or cell. the bathroom was tiny, just a pedestal sink with nowhere to put anything. We also were right over the porch restaurant with DJ, so a bit loud. we should have realized this as it was a Friday night.

Excellent stay. Loved the hotel and Miami-surprised at the high restaurant prices.

Excellent location on Ocean Drive. Our room was comfortable and had everything that we needed - iron, hair dryer, coffee facilities - even paper tissues!

Happy with the room price but the bar prices were very expensive so sadly only used it once.

If you are looking for upscale this is not your place.

The reception desk clerk was incredibly helpful and had a great attitude. He was quite possibly one of the best hotel staff members we have ever encountered.

In the lobby and elevator it smelled awful like perm solution. It was definitely in need of updating. We were charged $20 for a basic cocktail by staff that didn’t seem too interested in even serving.
