Perfect couple get away

East view from balcony for great sunrise photos….. location

It was very pleasant and I would stay there again.

On the lake! Right downtown. The fireplace. Quiet

The Murphy bed was too soft. The shower water barely got warm one morning. The price seemed high for the size of my studio room.

Vacation to Grand Marais

There was no breakfast at this location - it is a condo with a kitchenette - so, we could have cooked for ourselves if we wanted to.

If I have to pick something --The murphy bed - while comfortable - made the room pretty small and when it was down - only one other chair to sit in (other than wooden kitchen chairs).

It was at a peaceful location.

I assumed it would be bigger. You had to move the couch and pull the bed out. Also no smoking on the balcony.

It was a great location, but small, warm and with an uncomfortable bed.

You asked about a breakfast, but there was no breakfast. The place was centrally located

The space was very small, which was quaint, but there wasn’t any open shelf space or any space to put our personal belongings. It always seemed crowded and small. There was no air conditioning and it was hot. An open window was OK, except for the jake-braking trucks and seagulls. The information we received stated there was air conditioning, but there didn’t seem to be any. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard.

The entire experience was phenomenal!

The location was perfect - right on the water and within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, and stores. The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff was excellent.

We highly recommend your facility and will come again if we are ever in the area.

We loved the balcony overlooking Lake Superior, the separate bedroom, the location. It was a short walk to restaurants, shopping, interesting sites. Good parking.

Great location and views of Lake Superior. Nice furniture in the rooms and newer appliances.

Concrete flooring throughout was cold and not comfortable. There were dishes in the dishwasher and some were still dirty. The parking lot was a little confusing with compacted snow it wasn't easy to see the parking spots.

Our room with a balcony was facing the beach. The bathroom was large with a nice soaking tub. Having a full kitchen was nice.

The pull out sleeper was not comfortable. We weren't able to change the temperature so the room was warmer than we preferred.

The location is perfect! Right by the lake! Beautiful views!

We were here during the week and lot of shops and restaurants weren’t open til Thursday

Could not ask for a better, pet-friendly location!

Best location! Pet friendly. We had a two bedroom and it was spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice big fridge. The room was spotless, truly, so their housekeeping and facilities teams are doing an excellent job!

We didn't find the beds to be very comfy, and the ventilation in the bedrooms themselves was poor so they got stuffy. I would recommend installing AC units in the bedrooms to help. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room because he was so uncomfortable.
