Beautiful building, wonderful music in the bedroom, great room, excellent (through pricey) food, very kind staff.
Not much parking space
10.0
staff was very accommodating, the room was neat and tidy, i liked the radio playing when i walked in. the shower was excellent. nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness and staff.
in terms of 'facilities' above, i'm not referring to the gym, i'm referring to the AC/heating in the room that appeared to be dysfunctional. specifically, temperature set to 72 and in room temp at 62

Nice property and location
No coffee maker, limited room for the cost. Limited TV options without buying. The bar and restaurant were smaller than advertised
8.0
Property was very nice and clean and staff was friendly. No room service and food was limited though. Breakfast and coffee were great.

Close to everything, clean, decor is fantastic as were the staff

Everything! The staff was amazing. The rooms are so cozy. The beds are so comfortable. The food from the restaurant "springs orleans" is so good! Try the fried catfish!
There was nothing I didn't like.

everything it’s my favorite hotel in the city.
nothing. I always have a wonderful experience.

Gorgeous renovation. Super nice staff. Room was so cute.

Nice lobby

I didn’t stay there. I walked out it was so bad.
3.0
Within walking distance to restaurants.
Room was very noisy with party next door and it took security all night to finally disperse the crowd. Busy street. Drunk driver hit valet parked cars. Spa area closed for remodeling. Restaurant creole food “extremely” spicy beyond edible.
9.0
I loved the location and the staff.
It was a little shabby in areas. Missing lights in the stair wells etc. carpet that needed fixing. They maybe in the process of redoing some things already. But the staff more than made up for it.

Excellent Location, near many restaurants. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Nice courtyard, front patio...and friendly and efficient valet parking. Free waters daily, which was a bonus
Very nice hotel, but 2nd floor is under construction. Didn't see this when I booked my room. Would stay here again, absolutely...but after renovations are completed. Valet parking is $45/night, which is extremely expensive.

The staff was kind, accommodating and terrific. All of them.
This was billed as a luxury hotel. It is not. It is dark, old and uninviting. The spoon tenet s are outdated abd the room makes a number of buzzing noises.

Staff was friendly
It was like staying in the middle of a construction project. Elevator broke down for awhile. Smell of paint everywhere.
5.0
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and hiking in the area.
Hotel was under construction when we visited. We were not advised by Booking.com. The lobby was totally gutted and many of the floors were also being remodeled. There was no coffee shop or restaurant on site. We would not have stayed if we had known of these conditions.

Though in the midst of a great renovation, they made us feel right at home and took great care of us.
It was tricky to navigate due in part to the construction and street work. Some clearer signage would have been nice.
8.0
This luxury hotel is undergoing extensive renovations and that is the only reason I have not marked it as excellent in all categories. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Emma on the front desk was outstanding in her friendliness and efficiency. I loved the room and decor. So beautiful and tasteful. The restaurant ‘ Spring Orleans’ was fantastic and great Cajun food and helpful staff. I even treated myself to a spa experience- very nice.
Only the inconvenience of the renovations.
4.0
Location and staff.
It was under a LOT of construction that we were never told about but still paid a premium for the room. The room was very small with little space for two people to move around. There was a cheap mini refrigerator simply set on top of the desk - very out of place and inconvenient. And we were never told there wouldn’t be any housekeeping unless we requested it 24 hours in advance.

The location is wonderful, the staff was super friendly and attentive, and the newly renovated room was gorgeous!

The room was clean and bathroom was very well maintained.
The hotel was basically gutted and under construction. The floor my room was on was covered in dust and debris and the hotel could have done a better job at phasing their construction projects. Guests should not be staying on a floor that’s under construction..Period.
The carpet in my room was worn and frayed.
The $45/day price for valet Parking is high and seems to be priced without merit. There’s a parking garage next door that’s $11/day.
No laundry or dry-cleaning service was available.

Beautiful hotel with everything near by and just great walking distance eateries and shopping

The staff was the only positive aspect of this property
Undisclosed construction, remodeled room was uncomfortable and not well designed for travelers needs
7.0
It was a beautiful building and in a good location for it in the city. The staff was extremely helpful.
I didn't know what was undergoing renovations. My room had an odor to it which I think was paint. It was obvious there was construction going on throughout the hotel. For $300 a night it was disappointing. Some housekeeping items like coffee and some toiletries were missing. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 7:45 in the morning clean the room although checkout was at 11:00. I did not appreciate this.

I loved the charm of the hotel.
The property was apparently renovating and there was construction.

I booked a room for my son and his wife on their wedding night. I called in advance to ask about wedding night amenities and was given several options. My son advised that when they checked in, the staff was genuinely welcoming and congratulated them. the room was beautifully arranged with rose pedals and a bottle of champagne. They were given a beautiful room. I cannot thank the staff enough for making the end of their special day even better.

Staff was amazing. Bryce, Jill, Carson, Rick, and Jason really worked hard. They are the only reason we didn’t move to another hotel.
Booking.com didn’t alert us that the property was under renovation. It was only learned when I went direct to the property website that I realized this only a few weeks prior to our stay. Dissatisfied for sure.

Building is under construction, internet did not work, tv wasn’t functioning properly, bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel is under renovations, so dust was everywhere and the room was very small. No proper lighting for the room. Shower had mold on the wall.

location
they are in the middle of construction , no soap in the soap dispenser

Valet Guys were tremendous and very courteous!
The paint fumes and walking through the hall when they were doing construction and sanding down the ceilings and the residue would get all over my clothes. I wish we were notified that they would be doing renovations.
3.0
undisclosed construction
no amenities
smelled of sewage
