Ok location for our family reunion
Pillows for beds was to small and for breakfast needed more variety of foods and our door was broken had to pull it up in order to close it

Nothing was good from Check to leaving the same night after immediately checking the room
I had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to check me in Friday night. I had called several times to ask questions about the hotel. When I got checked in she was not very friendly or helpful. She (Katrina ) was very unprofessional and unfriendly! We checked out the room to make sure for bed bugs. pulled out the sofa bed and it was dirty sheets, a hair in the sheet, the springs was coming out of the backside of the mattress , food wrappers in the bed. It looked like bugs in the sheets. She told me the pool was closed all weekend with no explanation after we checked it. The bathroom was nasty dirty! I was so mad I went down to the front desk.
She refused to cancel my reservation and clean the room. She wouldn’t give me credit for my room for the weekend. I had to call corporate 3 times to get a cancellation and refund offered to me. This was a family vacation with family for my grandson birthday. We had to rush around trying to find accommodations after we walked out of that Hampton Inn. She charged my credit card for the room Friday night. The elevator didn’t work right. My family was stuck in the elevator and the door wouldn’t open or close. I told my family to get off the elevator.
I would never recommend this Hampton Inn location at all!
It looked like a bug or something on the wall.
It was so gross.
I want my refund that the gentleman from corporate said that he would escalate my complaint for supervisor!
I will never spend another dime in your company! I will stay at another business.
That hotel was the nastiest place I’ve ever seen. They had bed bugs!

Everything was an easy check in the associates were really nice and very helpful! And the beds were comfortable, easy access to and from room, Plenty of parking, close to plenty of amenities, it was quiet overall not a lot of noise so that's definitely a bonus, and it was overall pretty clean
The pool was closed, the vent in the bathroom needed to be cleaned, more space to put clothes like actual drawers would be nice not racks, the refrigerator was really small specially if you are going to be there more than a couple of days because we do bring snacks and drinks, and there was some kind of water substance in our ice bucket overall just some little touch-ups that need to be handled here and there

I didn’t like the fact I was charged again for a room that the Employee seen and knew that I had already paid for by a third party! Either it’s improper training by management or an employee that made a mistake or an intentional mistake🥲 I can’t say for sure but things should have been handled way differently ! Also when we finally got to the room the tv didn’t work and none of the outlets worked 😢

The staff was excellent and accommodating. We had an unusual circumstance of having our car break down and needing to buy another one while we were there. We were willing to pay for another night’s stay during the day to hold our belongings, but the staff kindly let us use an open board room to store our stuff in. Front beginning to end, they did a great job in recommending local car services, and we so flexible and super helpful! I’d give them 10+ stars for all their help and excellent customer service above and beyond!

Clean, everything needed was there for a short stay, breakfast serves the purpose, 30 min to downtown Chicago, great value
internet access process terrible, connection is terribly hard, in only after back2back tries and then you may easily get disconnected, if you can connect then it is ok, works fine but getting connected is painful. If internet is very important think twice... only thing I was unhappy about...

The pillows were extremely soft. Need more firmer pillows. Breakfast was horrible; juice dispenser out of order, waffle maker out of order, weak coffee, watery eggs and stale muffins. Not to mention this was on July 4th when people are traveling. Totally unacceptable.

The location was very convenient with easy off / easy on access to I-80. There were also several restaurant options withing easy walking distance.
The breakfast options were very limited with most items being left empty despite many guests waiting to eat breakfast. The breakfast area was also closed 10 minutes early.

The location was perfect as we were attending an event in downtown Chicago but there was no hotel availability due to multiple Taylor Swift concerts that weekend. It was a short pleasant commute from the hotel into the South Side where our event was taking place. Also loved that there was a brew pub right next door - perfect!

Stains all over furniture, bathroom was dirty, shower had mildew, and fridge was tiny. Plus, it had an automatic shut off so didn’t keep my kids lunch cold. I asked for my room to be cleaned, it wasn’t. I asked for clean towels, had to go down and get them myself after those didn’t come 12 hours later.

upon entering in late night the front desk clerk’s attention was on another guest conversing with someone else while registering my sister and I into the Hotel. Also I wanted to see the market items available for snacks. I found the list and as I was looking at the price she ask did I need help. I replied no , because I was looking at the price for the items sold in the hotel store. I think the prices were very expensive. The ottomans were not a good choice for seating in the rooms . I would have preferred standard chairs in the room. thank you for your listening ear 😀

The hotel is very nice and in the right location. In the heart of every thing. The staff is really nice. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
I did not like the breakfast!!! It is nasty, the sausage was over cooked. The potatoes are nasty as well. The milk didn’t taste right.They should make different foods sometimes.

Did not use the facilities but liked the options of gym and pool
We were put in the room next to the elevator which ran all night. Kids were running up and down the hall until about 10pm. The breakfast was not great. The pillows and soaps were garbage
