It was clean! And it looked as if it had been well taken care of.
It was on a 4 lane divided highway. Coming in from one direction was easy to get to and leaving in that same direction was easy. But coming back you had to go by and make a u turn to get in.

The bathroom and kitchen were very nice. The TV worked
Bed wasn’t comfortable, blankets were not thick to keep warm, wifi didn’t work well. There were ants. You paid for the location not the place

Price, availability, location are all good 👍
Bathroom sink didn't drain well. Stains on walls and floors

Location is great! Rooms are very comfortable. Staff is great. Small motel, which is great. Can park right outside of your room. Grilled steak on grill provided by motel. Our group booked for rooms by each other.
There was no TV remote, which was fine for me. The next guest may want one though.

Offered coffee and that was good. location was good on a main highway. Nice and quiet.
Didn't like the fact tht my wifi was not good and had to go out into the parking lot to connect.

The location was perfect for getting out and exploring, and the staff was great.
Nothing that the property did, but in the morning I could hear a lady coughing everyday. It wasn't too early so it wouldn't have woken me or anyone up.

Staff was very friendly, neighboring units were equally as friendly. Close in location to all of our destinations. Target right across the street when we needed food or toiletries.
The rooms are worn, and could be updated and maintenanced. Our kitchen was missing a cabinet door, and our beds were not even attached to the headboards.

For the price there wasn't much to like. We did like being able to park directly in front of our room and there is plenty of grassy area to walk your dog.
There was a pillow we could see under one of the bads so we pulled it out. The pillow case was very dirty to include a couple of unidentified bugs. It also was very dirty under the beds. My wife took the pillow to the front office. From that point on we no longer wanted to stay so we left and headed home which was only a couple hours away. We felt bad because the gal that checked us in was so welcoming. Very low toilet height and when you are tall and elderly it is so hard to get down and back up off the toilet.

Mattress made noise when you would move. Just like it had a plastic cover on it.

We loved the cleanliness and how cute all the features were, especially for an older property. Having a kitchenette was a huge and unexpected bonus. It was a convenient location to everything.
The construction out front was a downer, but the traffic noises were not noticeable when inside.

The room was pretty updated with a nice bathroom and a small kitchen area including a microwave, sink, and mini fridge. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well in the room. The shower got extra hot quickly which was also very nice.
The only private seating area beside the beds or small stools in the room were lawn chairs outside of the room. It was on the theme, which was cute. However, the bugs at night were very attracted to the light outside of the room, so we had to kill several bugs that landed on us when we were sitting outside, and several bugs in the room that would fly in whenever we opened the door.

We would have liked to stay here when we were in Algoma recently but they will only take people for 2 or 3 nights now.
You have to stay more than 1 night now.

It's a cute retro motel. Beds were comfortable. Having a mini kitchen was much appreciated. Staff was very friendly.
Our room smelled musty, not sure if it was coming from carpet or air conditioner.
