The suite was very nice and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the grounds are breath taking.
No ‘lobby’ type area or amenities like coffee, snacks or drinks to purchase would be my only critique. Would love to have seen some EV chargers.

The Viewpoint gives a VIP experience. Incredible Staff, Incredible View, and an INCREDIBLE Room.
There's nothing we didn't like.

Everything!!! By far the most beautiful and memorable place we have ever stayed. Sparkling clean, fresh, modern but earthy. The bed and linens made for a perfect night's sleep. The view, the grounds, all of it... amazing.
At check in, we were offered a complimentary upgrade due to some wedding guests that had lingered and were still occupying the room above the one we had booked. We accepted the upgrade and couldn't have been happier. This will be on our happy place list forever!
Loved it all.

We loved the peaceful surroundings with the most amazing views of Nubble light, beautiful landscaping with a sweet floral scent in the air and the heated saltwater pool! The townhouse we stayed in was comfortable and beautifully laid out with views from the living room and the covered patio.

Everything! The staff was super friendly checked in with you daily to see if you needed anything. The grounds is truly beautiful and rooms are spacious
They had a event going on which they ended up having a big tent on the lawn so it was an eye sore. With the event going on I felt like we couldn't enjoy the grounds as much due to them using most of the lawn space for the event

Beautiful location with views of the lighthouse and ocean. Enjoyed the outside chairs to relax and enjoy. Had most everything one needed in the room. Well thought out!
A bit musty smelling but we opened the windows and cleared right up.

Simply superb!! The view was gorgeous, and the suite was exceptionally beautiful, clean, and organized. I didn’t see a speck of dust! Modern beach decor was beautiful. It was so quiet even though there were people in the other hotel rooms. It felt like our own private property. We cannot wait to return!!!
It felt uncomfortable not to have some kind of non-slip mat or adhesive in the bathroom tub because it was somewhat slippery with the soft water. As someone who cannot afford a fall, my elderly mother and I both felt uncomfortable to move while taking a shower for fear of slipping. It would have been nice to have some drawers in the bedrooms and bathroom too, but that was only a minor observation. We truly loved it here!

The staff was great, the place had all we needed for traveling with a family, and the location was great. A bit away from the hustle and bustle but still close to beaches.

We couldn’t believe how beautiful the view was
I hate to complain because my expectations were exceeded, but we were in suite 107 and whoever was above us, we could hear every move they made up until bedtime through the ceiling

The location, facilities and staff were all amazing! Really appreciated the text-option for communication with office staff both for check-in as well as needs during the stay. Also appreciated the attention to environmentally-friendly products, and availability of compost & recycle options. Amazing coastal views, peaceful setting, clean, simple, comfortable facilities: everything we were looking for! :)

The view and the location are outstanding. The surroundings are quite and relaxing. Suite 101 is gorgeous. Assistance friendly and helpful, they were continuously checking with us if everything was okay. They accommodated an early check-in because of the snow storm, greatly appreciated. It is worth a visit without any doubt, it must be amazing during summertime.
As I said the suite was gorgeous, but a little rundown, it seemed spotless and clean, but in reality it needed some more attention in our opinion. We found a few stains on the bedsheets, clothe tags in the bathroom from previous guest, a bunch of hairs on the couch, the decorative shelves were dusty, toaster and coffee machine old and malfunctioning (concierge tried to get us new ones during the stay in all fairness, but being a weekend and with the snow I understand it was very difficult), floors were not properly cleaned and mopped. the suite is huge so I believe it is challenging to clean it in between guest, but still for the price, I would have liked to enter a sparkling and fresh unit. Clearly windows haven’t been opened enough in between guest according to the smell entering the suite.

it was the ultimate getaway. the apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed.

The view was unparalleled. Loved the view from my deck--and even more amazing when you wander down towards the shore and sit in the two separate sitting areas. Loved how secluded it was. Nobody else was in the sitting area when I was there. Loved the quiet solitude. Loved the fireplace feature. Loved the deep bathtub, and decorating. Loved that they offered decaf coffee too in the Keurig and had an Alexa, like we have at home. Great communication with contact-free check-in. Text check-ins throughout. Convenient, free parking.
Would be helpful additionally if the welcome form shared the restaurants open during your stay (i.e. who will be open at 6 pm on a Wednesday night in Feb...as opposed to a generic list that included places closed for the season). We spent more time than desired checking websites and driving to places that were ultimately closed. We ultimately ate at Anthony's, Fat Tomatoes, and Stonewall Kitchen...but had wanted seafood-focused restaurants. I stay at a lot of places with kitchens and wish there were a few staples available--like olive oil. Most places I stay have mini bar type options for purchase--nuts, snacks, extra bottled water, alcohol. Was surprised the bath towels weren't larger--used to luxury linens at the places I stay. Will bring my own robe and towels next time I visit. Was surprised there were no board games in the empty cabinets in the living room. Would have been a nice touch...which I'm used to at other resorts. Plan ahead & bring EVERYTHING ;-)

Location and view were awesome. The check in process was easy too. We like the decor too.
Need more pillow on beds and a few more places to put personal items in room and bathroom.
