Great location. Convenient (but tight) parking. Beautiful beachfront, large balcony. Well stocked kitchen. Great layout/ floor plan. Roomy bathrooms. Comfortable beds and pillows.
We were never able to get the living room TV to work. Both bathroom sinks were slow to drain. Took the guest bathroom hours to empty. Guest tub was kind of stained. Felt clean, but didn’t look clean because of it. Outdoor wicker furniture was beginning to fray from wear. A couple of cracked tiles. Nothing major and all just normal wear and tear.

We’ve stayed several times at the sterling reef, and it’s always clean, decorative and located close to the fireworks which is why we stay during the week if the 4th.
The elevators are always the worse part of the stay, but every other resort I’ve stayed at deal with the issues so I don’t feel elevators are a problem they could be fixed besides adding more and that just isn’t going to happen.

We loved the Sterling Reef. If we go back to PCB next year, we are booking there again.
Wish the 2nd bedroom had been bigger, but I will pick a different room next time

Very clean & spacious for a group of 5. Beach access right near the elevator was great. Would definitely book again!! Very nice and the views were awesome!!
Elevators take a long time. It seems like a lot of beach condominiums have this issue. Also said there was a boogie board/ corn hole table. Didn’t see either, but maybe that was a community item elsewhere. 30 mins from pier park was inconvenient but still made our way around to other places. Construction was probably the main reason for this, so not the condo’s fault

Condo was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable! Had all the amenities needed, and a fully stocked kitchen!Balcony was very large and had an incredible view! Property is very easy to get too, parking garage was nice to have, pool is nice, and they even have a separate patio designated for a smoking area PLUS gas grills to use for cooking that perfect night in meal! Highly recommend this property!
Only downfall to this property, as with all other large resorts with many, many floors, was the wait time for elevators at times. Mainly during check in and check out times. Just have some patience! 😉

I liked the location. It was spacious and felt like home. Nice and clean beds, showers, and kitchen.
A stinky smell in the fridge and freezer

I love that it was beachfront and it was enough room for the 4 of us..
The beds is very hard in both rooms, I suggest that they add a foam pillow top covet to the beds. Also need more cook ware in the kitchen like a waffe maker and also there was cheese crackers crumbs on the floor in the living room.. The elevator was terrible took forever to go up and down . They need to add at least two more elevator.. The parking area is to tight it also need updating..

There was sand all over the floors. You could feel as soon as you walked in.
Master bedroom bed was hard as a rock.
The other bedroom bed rocked back and forth.
The blinds were broke and couldn’t close.
Couldn’t talk to a in person front office. Have to call on phone and they were local.
No extra rolls of toilet paper in either bathrooms.
I booked it on line and told them 2 people and they had us for 4 people. Wouldn’t/couldn’t let me change to 2 people.

It was located on the beach. The condo was clean upon arrival. The staff on site were extremely personable and friendly throughout our stay. It was close to the main attractions. There were local restaurants that delivered. There was a parking garage.
1- When I booked this condo the pool was not listed as closed. With two little ones age 6 and 10 month the pool was a big thing. I canceled another room I booked and booked this property’s specifically for this reason. I was never informed of ANY pool renovations until 10 days before my trip on a spring break holidays and every other hotel was booked up. This was discussed with Vacasa and I was told that I was going to be refunded a certain amount. This conversation was on Thursday April 4, 2024. As of this date April 6, 2024 there has been no refund posted to my credit card I used. I will continue to watch the account for the credited money.
2- If a renter is required provide ages of ALL guests that are staying when initially booking a condo then ALL ages should be taken into consideration by the renter if this is the appropriate location and if the renter has ANY reservations they must communicate them effectively via property manager in an appropriate amount of time to allow to make other plans. In my personal opinion, it should be Vacasa or the renter’s responsibility to inform someone who is scheduled to rent a unit with a young child or elderly of certain things that may affect their families personally. It NEEDS to be known that access to the beach from this condominium is limited (almost non-existent). I do not know the ins and out of each condominium as a renter and the only persons holding that knowledge are the leasing companies and homeowners. My husband and I had to carry the stroller down three flights of steps. While wrangling a 6 year old and opening a gate. (not to mention the typical Mom and dad trips to get the toys and everything else after just getting the two young ones up). The pure hassle to get the baby up and down to the beach in the stroller. If someone was in a wheelchair, or required a walker for support but was unable to climb stairs, there would be no way they would even be able to get to the beach at all from this property.

The property was perfect location, on the beach, close to shopping, food, rental carts ( I highly suggest these)!!
Everything!! Staff & security was amazing! My husband even left his phone on the chairs one night and the gentleman who were collecting them grabbed it and saved it in the gator (side by side) until morning when we caught up to them again!! Thank You!!! On a public beach this would not have been the case! We SO very much appreciated the kindness of everyone there! Security was also amazing!

The view and pool
Room 1604 has roaches and bugs. The plates were not clean and the couch was dirty as well. It felt icky. My niece also had a bug crawling on her in the bed. There was roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Sterling Reef needs to get pest control to come out as soon as possible. I will never stay there again.

No Early check-in & not enough toilet paper.

The fact that the first morning I was there we had cockroaches in our room and I spoke with the front dest about it and told me someone would be in touch with me and nobody ever did. Pretty sorry customer service. Will not be staying here again.

Beach front
Not enough kitchen utensils to use for a 10 days stay . We have 1 spoon, teaspoon and forks. Knives won’t even cut a mango, peeler can’t peel a mango and the pots were to tiny to cook something, couch is not comfortable to sit or sleep on, dryer is not working well. Takes forever to dry clothes and towels, fridge not closing well. No pantry. Our grocery occupied the kitchen .

The stuff was wonderful. Rachel really took good care of us while staying. Beautiful view and very comfy
Nothing to dislike about this place beside the elevator lol

Check-in and check-out were fairly easy and simple. It was nice already having a set of passcode information ready at hand on the app prior to arrival.
The hotel has 19+ floors and only two elevators throughout the entire property. Sometimes the wait gets pretty lengthy, especially during busy hours when everyone is trying to go down to the beach or back up. You have to go hunting for the luggage carts as well.

Bed was uncomfortable
5.0 / 10.0
The room was clean the view from the balcony of the beach and ocean was great.
The dryer was broke. When I called and the broken dryer, I was promised a repair man would be out at 8 AM the next morning that didn’t happen so I called again and was told it would be sometime during the week well that doesn’t work because my stay was only three days so needless to say no dryer for my entire stay. One woman in the office on site did offer to let us use a dryer in another unit that was not occupied, but it was not on the same floor so that would’ve been a hassle but I appreciated it. Some silverware had rust on it. One bed was not comfortable. It is a non-smoking condo and someone around us was smoking smell like weed. We reported it and nothing was done about it. Security acted like oh well I was not happy about that a lot of times when you open the balcony door, the smoke was so thick you couldn’t go out on the balcony. The new elevators were horribly slow but overall we did enjoy our stay.
