We had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was pretty, roomy and so convenient to the beach and all of the activities tha
Great location. Convenient (but tight) parking. Beautiful beachfront, large balcony. Well stocked kitchen. Great layout/ floor plan. Roomy bathrooms. Comfortable beds and pillows.
We were never able to get the living room TV to work. Both bathroom sinks were slow to drain. Took the guest bathroom hours to empty. Guest tub was kind of stained. Felt clean, but didn’t look clean because of it. Outdoor wicker furniture was beginning to fray from wear. A couple of cracked tiles. Nothing major and all just normal wear and tear.

The sterling reef provides and clean safe environment , that allows me to spend much needed family time with my loved on
We’ve stayed several times at the sterling reef, and it’s always clean, decorative and located close to the fireworks which is why we stay during the week if the 4th.
The elevators are always the worse part of the stay, but every other resort I’ve stayed at deal with the issues so I don’t feel elevators are a problem they could be fixed besides adding more and that just isn’t going to happen.

Will definitely stay here again
We loved the Sterling Reef. If we go back to PCB next year, we are booking there again.
Wish the 2nd bedroom had been bigger, but I will pick a different room next time

100% worth the stay!
Very clean & spacious for a group of 5. Beach access right near the elevator was great. Would definitely book again!! Very nice and the views were awesome!!
Elevators take a long time. It seems like a lot of beach condominiums have this issue. Also said there was a boogie board/ corn hole table. Didn’t see either, but maybe that was a community item elsewhere. 30 mins from pier park was inconvenient but still made our way around to other places. Construction was probably the main reason for this, so not the condo’s fault

Great location, Beautiful View!
Condo was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable! Had all the amenities needed, and a fully stocked kitchen!Balcony was very large and had an incredible view! Property is very easy to get too, parking garage was nice to have, pool is nice, and they even have a separate patio designated for a smoking area PLUS gas grills to use for cooking that perfect night in meal! Highly recommend this property!
Only downfall to this property, as with all other large resorts with many, many floors, was the wait time for elevators at times. Mainly during check in and check out times. Just have some patience! 😉

It was really good. Nice amenities and great location by the beach & stores within walking distance
I liked the location. It was spacious and felt like home. Nice and clean beds, showers, and kitchen.
A stinky smell in the fridge and freezer

Boyfriend birthday trip
I love that it was beachfront and it was enough room for the 4 of us..
The beds is very hard in both rooms, I suggest that they add a foam pillow top covet to the beds. Also need more cook ware in the kitchen like a waffe maker and also there was cheese crackers crumbs on the floor in the living room.. The elevator was terrible took forever to go up and down . They need to add at least two more elevator.. The parking area is to tight it also need updating..
