The staff was absolutely awesome. The view and the tent is stunning and for the kids are some activities (games, camp fire, etc.).
During our time it was super hot. The tents have a misting system, which shut down when the temperature is under a specific temperature. Unfortunately the tent is still super heated, because of the sun during the day. Maybe there is another system to cool down the misting system or maybe it is possible to set the temperature for the misting system lower.

Limited dinner menu but very good offerings and taste. Everyone at the facility was friendly and willing to honor any requests.

Loved this place, Amazing atmosphere for anyone looking to be close to the nature, in the middle of the canyon, in a quiet environment. Everyone was super helpful and nice, felt very welcoming. We loved the tents and the stars glazing. Also the food was really good and healthy!
Everything was great, it might have been great to get more info regarding the conditions in Zion, but the visitor center was super helpful

Staff was friendly and responsive when needed.
We felt we were misled. The price point is much too high for what is offered. It is nice to have the tent set up and a bathroom to clean oneself. However, pulling a chain while trying to shower after trekking hours through a National park proves to be an fruitless and frustrating venture. Two hands were needed to wash, scrub and rinse.
Also, at the tune of almost $600 a night, I thought we would have our rooms refreshed at least every other day. After two days (we stayed 5) our floors were filthy with dirt and sand, our towels were brown from wiping out bodies (barely being able to wash up led to extra dirty linens) and it would have been a welcome sight four our beds to be made. If we knew this was the setup we would have considered looking elsewhere.
We have had other glamping experiences with better amenities and much lower price point.

the view was amazing! must stay again here.

I like the scenic location and each tent is surrounded by spectacular views of the Red Rock. The bed is so comfortable and there are enough pillows in the room. The fireplace made the room cozy and I like that firewood was provided too.
I booked for 1 King size bed and two twin beds in a room but when we arrived, there was only 1 King size bed. We have to request for 1 more bed. The staff told us that the third bed is actually in another kiddie tent. I was expecting it to be set up as it is advertised in the picture. I didn't care for the shower and the faucet. You have to constantly pull the cord for the water to come out so you have only one free hand to cleanse your body. It would be nice too if there is electricity in the room.
The road within the settlement is not paved so it is hard on the tires of the vehicles especially when climbing the steeper areas.

I love everything but i find the price quite high.

The bed seemed worn out and made a very loud noise each time whenever there was any movement.
We clearly expect more for over 600 $ a night.

Dinner view was amazing. It was birthday and they kept flowers for me and an amazing birthday banner at the entrance of tent. Which was superb and lovely
the menu options were very much limited. They should add more food to the menu

Everything! The tents were awesome, the environment and staff were exceptional! Highly recommend!
It would be nice if each tent had a golf car to get around the camp site! :)
4.3
remoteness, under canvas feeling, night time under the stars, camp night recreation area, uncrowded tent space
restaurant was underwhelming, food was subpar

We love it but it was extremely hot inside the tent. We thought there will be some type of bigger fans.
The extreme heat inside the tent

The location was 20 min outside of Zion in a secluded area with a fantastic view, which made the experience truly unique. Facilities and staff were great, the ice cold water welcome perfect, tent with in suite bath immaculate with a top view, but the fire pits with marshmallows and love music playing the night we were there were epic. Would not have felt there was value for money if there were no organized activities at night though. Also, there was an issue with my reservation through booking as when I arrived they had no record of it. Fortunately the tent I rented was available and they prepped it quickly and professionally. It was a technical issue but can’t imagine what we would have done if there was no tent!
Rain and wind would have been a problem as the tent creaked all night even with gentle gusts. If you are a light sleeper make sure you use their ear plugs! Also, without the activities it seems a bit pricey.

The tent and location were beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. The employees were very kind. Overall it was a decent stay.
Checking in was a little annoying. The employee who gave us the "run down" spent 25-30 minutes explaining how to use the tent. It was just unnecessarily long when we were exhausted after hiking all day and just wanted to get to our tent.
Also, our shower was cold. For what we paid, I believe that's definitely something that should be checked by housekeeping before we even checked in. Unfortunately, my partner had to take a cold shower at night, cause we didn't want to deal with maintenance coming to fix it so late at night. It's a good thing we waited though cause when I called in the morning it ended up taking them 40 minutes to fix, which was awkward to sit there in the tent while two employees worked on fixing the shower. They did allow us a later check out to make up for that time, but it was still a major inconvenience, which again could have been avoided if house keeping had bothered to check the water before our arrival.
The breakfast sandwich was too salty.

Set in a remote location. this campsite is fantastic, with comfortable beds and a great log burner.
Our shower broke and no maintenance came to fix it.

Unique experience . Location to Zion National Park and Springvale was very good. Tent was presented nicely and bathroom was a good space and flushing toilet a bonus. The bed was comfortable and plenty blankets to keep us warm. The introduction on arrival and information was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.
It was wonderful to experience a true desert / mountain experience and we loved the cows who roamed around
Definitely a great place with kids and families
Food was very average (some good salads though)- we have done many safaris in africa for glamping and food is high quality - menu was very limited and one night we had the kids menu as it was preferable , its not a cheap stay and l think breakfast should be included
Evenings are chilly it would have been nice if there were more fire pits and chairs as once people sat on their chair they never got up again - huge camp so should be more chairs

Absolutely loved the view from our tent. We were perched on the hill away from most tents and had such an incredible time together.
The food is hit or miss! Unfortunately we had bigger expectations of the culinary but the complementary s’mores are a must! Such a cute idea.
