Achtet darauf, dass das gebuchte Zimmer auch dann dem angebotenen Zimmer entspricht!

Das Frühstück war gut - bis sehr gut. - Die Lage ist sehr zentral direkt gegenüber HBH. - Trotz dieser Lage war es im Zimmer recht ruhig. Das Hotel würde aber dringend mal neue Matratzen und etwas Auffrischung benötigen, es wirkt alles sehr verbraucht.

Auch der Grund meiner Bewertung, denn ich sehe das als Betrugsversuch an, man wollte mich beim einchecken in ein Zimmer einquartieren, dass die Größe eines Schuhkartons hatte - das natürlich zum Preis des deutlich größeren und auch von mir gebuchten Zimmers. - Solch ein Verhalten empfinde ich als absolutes NoGo!

Hotel absolut in Ordnung. Lage rund um den Hauptbahnhof allerdings nicht die einladendste.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich absolut OK. Alles super sauber. Personal sehr nett.

Die Lage! Die Gegend rund um den Hauptbahnhof macht keinen Spaß.

Stuffy room, awful window situation

Bed was comfy. Staff was nice. Area isn't as sketchy/dangerous as one would imagine.

I may have had the worst room. The room was too warm and stuffy, but the window only opened up to the dark courtyard air shaft. I couldn't leave it open, because it led to a balcony where other people sharing the balcony could have easily jumped into my room. Having a street facing window would not have been much better I imagine with all of the street noise anyways. I imagine the installation of an AC system would help tremendously. Also, the sink was too close to the toilet that it couldn't be used comfortably.

The stay was just enough for what I needed. Close to the train station, comfortable bed, good breakfast and all at a nice price!

The only minus was the first stairs to the reception incase you're traveling with large luggages.

Terrible area for a Hotel. Be warned

staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okey with good coffee but lack fresh brötchen.

The area is VERY unsafe and thats coming from a South African.Parking is available 1 block away at 18 euro that had to paid to the Hotel. I do not understand way the hotel has to charge their guest for parking, it was even 3 euro ekstra to use the safe in the hotel room. There was ALOT of open prostitution and drug use in the streets. Please don't come with children.

Close to the train station. Perfect for solo travelers for a single night or two. Clean rooms and nice staff.

Doorbell didn't work so had to phone staff to unlock the door.

Great value for money. The price they offered for a 2-night stay including breakfast was lower than most other hotels in the area. The room was clean and quiet. Appreciated the availability of an extra set of duvet+pillow. The buffet-style Breakfast was decent.

The area around the hotel may feel unsafe, especially at night. The hotel elevator is in between floors, so if you have a heavy luggage, keep in mind you'll still have to climb up 1 or 2 flights of stairs regardless where your room is.

The sink was blocked, the shower was cold, the toilet was broken and had to be flushed manually
