Excellent, will stay here again if I come back to Orlando in the future.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and a nice space for 2 nights , a lot of food options right inside the hotel including a Starbucks and a universal gift shop as well. We loved how there was a shuttle bus to universal and this hotel was close to many restaurants, shopping and activities. The pool was clean and spacious with lifeguards watching if you have children.

I loved everything.

ボルケーノベイにホテルのプールを通って行ける！ホテルのタオルを借りてボルケーノベイに行けて都合が良かった！ホテル自体がコンパクトで都合が良かった！リクエストしたランドリールームに近い部屋だったので凄く助かりました！

Foi bom deixou um gostinho de quero mais!!

Gostamos das instalações, piscina, ofurô, o acesso ao Volcano Bay é perfeito, 5 minutos a pé.

Em nossa chegada o piso do quarto estava sujo, reclamamos na recepção mas como era noite, aceitamos que a limpeza fosse feita no dia seguinte. Os preços das refeições, (café da manhã, almoço e jantar) são um pouco salgados, mas existe a disposição dos hospedes, forno, torradeira para uso.

Facilidades e opções para o café da manhã e, principalmente boa localização e a facilidade de acesso aos Parques da Universal através de ônibus "charter.

A reserva do Hotel feita através da Booking.com, discriminava "VISTA". Na verdade a vista do apartamento que nos foi designado era o teto das garagens do hotel e o pior de tudo era o RUÍDO CONTÍNUO no apartamento (dia e noite) causado pelos equipamentos de ar condicionado instalados no teto das garagens. Ao notar este desconforto, solicitamos mudança de apartamento para o outro lado do prédio mas não fomos atendidos. (só recebemos um pedido de desculpas no "check-out".

Excellent, comfortable and clean hotel with free shuttle to parks

Free shuttle service to Halloween horror nights and universal. Great food choices at hotel including fresh pizza, sushi and Starbucks. Rooms are comfy and clean. Excellent choice for visiting the theme parks in Orlando.

Flores the price, I would not spray here again.

Location was great. Easy to get to the peels by water Taco and bus.

Basic hotel. Feel like universal got lazy. Elevators were horrible. Tell we’re out of service the first day ours our arrival. One of those two stacked broken foe all of the five squats odd or stay.

Very enjoyable

Location easy to get to the parks buses were frequent. Volcano Bay was less than a five min walk. The roof top bar offered a nice place to eat and drink DJ at weekends with excellent views and no age restrictions for entry. Eating facilities in the lobby were good too.

A small issue not enough hooks to hang wet towels, swimwear. Also paid for a view of the three parks but our room was only on floor 7 so not such a good view. Get a higher floor to get a better view but you may be disturbed by the roof top party at weekends. Would definitely stay there again.

Superb trip.

Location was fantastic for Universal and International Drive. Walking distance to Volcano Bay and regular complimentary 5 min bus ride to the City Walk and dry Universal parks

Only complaint was the weather which was thundery throughout and at times could be disruptive, which by all accounts is normal for July. Next time we would likely revert to our normal October slot.

Location walking distance to volcano bay was super convenient. Then walking distance to the ferry boat over to city walk was nice too

Seem like sapphire falls is a much nicer hotel for not much more money seems a little ridiculous

Amazing location, breakfast/lunch is available at the lobby. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. Bar on the 17th floor.

King Suite is a bit small. Also, the floor was sticky on the first night of stay.

Top floor bar closed for private function that was then very noisy especially as we were staying on the 16th floor which was directly below and then our room was adjacent the elevator shaft that was noisy all night

Overall it was a fantastic vacation.

Lots of choices for food. Modern rooms. Love the stand up shower. The shuttle is very convenient.

I wish the prices were better. It’s is more pricier than others. Universal Tickets are very expensive as well.

perfect location and a great hotel for couples and families

Perfect location. it’s a bright, modern hotel with a great food court. Complimentary transport to Universal via bus or boat and the employees on reception are second to none

A small point but the sun loungers around the pool are really uncomfortable
