Cute area. Great for our small group. View was pretty and close to a LOT of fun things to do.

Small issues with the outlets in the master bedroom not charging phones. The outlets in the living room worked great but that did make things difficult with people sleeping on the bed. Also the dishwasher is not attached to the counter. It began to fall out when I opened it to load. Just needs 2 screws.

Beautiful Condo, Complex is in nice location. Close to many things grandkids wanted to do. They loved the pool, creek and watching the geese.

Great location but needs to replace the sofa and recliner.

The location was good and had enough space for my family. A grocery store located right behind the condo was so convenient. Fulll kitchen with a washer and dryer was a plus.

I can tell that the condo had been updated some, but they definitely need to replace the sofa bed because the sofa was so uncomfortable just to sit on. The right top arm of the recliner was pulled up with staples exposed. The floors were warped and had spaces and gaps in between them, mainly in the bathroom.

We liked the convenience of the property. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment for the whole family.

Location was good, room was clean

Pool heater was out of order, condo had a very cheap chairs, outdoor chairs are not considered recliners. it was nice but could’ve been more comfortable.

We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Liked the cleanness and the roominess of the condo. Liked how close we were to everything in Pigeon Forge, the views from the condo were great. The bedrooms were great.

The only complaint we had was the couch, it needs to be replaced, was very uncomfortable to sit on or to sleep on.

Location was great! Close enough to the strip to quickly get where you want, but far away enough that you couldn't hear the traffic. Also loved the water pressure!!

I didn't like the lack of instructions of how to check in, what we need to do, etc. I am a planner and like to have all my information before I get there. All the check in information arrived as we were in the parking lot.

THE CONDO WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. LOVED THE DECOR, VERY HOMEY!. VERY UP TO DATE. LARGE TVS IN EACH ROOM. WIFI WORKED PROPERLY.

Sonders is doing it right!

Fresh, spacious, comfortable with thoughtful design and accommodations. The local vibe was casual and offered food and beverage within a walkable distance and the proximity to basic shopping needs for those last minute items was comforting.

The unit itself echoed every sound made.

The condo was nice. The location was real good for the kids.

The beds were to hard and the bathrooms were a inconvenience for the kids that slept in the living room they had to travel through when people sleeping.

this was a comfortable place to stay close to an event we were attending.

it is really close to LeConte center where our event was. it was efficient, had everything you need and the beds are super comfy!

the facility is run down, the river view is disappointing and initially the unit had a musty, old smell but that went away after we aired it out.

Great location, Love being on the River, balcony was spacious, fireplace was great, beds were very comfy

Upon arrival, the bathtub was full of dirty water. And the dishes were not very clean. The faucets dripped.
