Great value for quick stay

Breakfast and room was nice

Toilet would not flush until I turned on the water and filled the tank

Location great

The room was clean, the location closer to Anschutz great, the breakfast ample, the staff very friendly and helpful. Fridge is a great size and works well.

The hotel floors need sweeping, vacuuming and the carpets replaced. The couch in the room is falling apart. No idea how to adjust the AC, we were freezing, finally repeatedly just turned it off and on. The ice machine on the third floor did not work, but the one in the lobby did.

It was close to the hospital

We have stayed here 2 times this year. This last time was the worst. We always book 3-4 weeks in advance. My mother has to have 1st floor. When we book we put in the notes requesting 1st floor with both rooms close by. They always say call the day before and it’ll be no problem. We call day before as requested, they say no problem! We arrive and every time the needs are not met. They don’t have 2 kings available on same floor. This time we both got queen rooms on 3rd floor as that’s all they had. We will no longer be staying with them anymore

Not good

Room was clean and comfortable

We had reservations and got there at 1 am. They didn’t have a room ready till 4 am. Staff was not keeping us in the loop and was rude when we asked for updates

Good value and quiet

The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was quiet and inexpensive

Hot tub was broken. Our toilet didn’t work and our coffee machine was broken. The place needs some love

Disappointing

The staff was friendly and helpful.

It didn’t looks anything like the photos. It was old, dirty and the pool was gross with needing new drywall since it was deteriorating and had mold. Hot tub no longer works too.

our room was switched due to broken toilet. The room we got switched to had a stale dirty scent that took over a day to get rid of. The bed in this room was very uncomfortable as well. The breakfast was also not the best. compared to the same hotel we used in Aurora

Disappointing

We’ve been coming to this place for awhile now and it was great in the beginning now it’s just gone downhill. Location is great but that is where it ends unfortunately now.

The girl who checked us wasnt great nor friendly. She was rude when checking in. The first room we got smelled so bad. Pet pee smell. It was so bad. Changed to the second room. Half the couch was missing. We didn’t care at this point as we traveled 4 plus hours. Upon resting and sunsetting we go to close the window and find that there’s only one side of the black out curtain. Again we were tired and just decided avoid conflict and just deal with what we had. When we stayed here before new current ownership The second day we noticed the alarms on the roof were taped to ceiling.

Ac didn't work. No hot tub. Hotel didn't accommodate for transplant patients as said. Room service was terrible. Be prepared to throw your own trash. Worst 3 week stay of my life

The location was close to where we needed to go

Too much to list. It smelled like smoke, the breakfast area was dirty and not looked after, the food was cold, I was worried about my car so I really didn't sleep much, dogs barking in the rooms down the hall from us, music blaring, an overall scary experience.

It was nice to stay at a comfortable and relaxing place close to the hospital.

Edgar and Manu were great! My sister was in the hospital nearby and these two were VERY helpful and accommodating. We were pleased with all of their help!

Don't stay

Access to the swimming pool

So we were there to take my son to the hospital so we had to spend the night our car got stolen in the middle of the night we found out after the fact and the last month they've had seven of vehicles stolen all of that parking lot all Wyoming license plates so if you are traveling to Denver or the surrounding areas think about where you stay and keep an eye on your car they're looking for kias and Hondas but we found out through the hospital that seven families got their car stolen in the last month from that particular hotel do not stay at the comfort inn suite

Children in the exercise room running reckless. Slamming the weights constantly on the floor. Needs to be monitored by staff more frequently to make sure no one gets hurt.
